Study Objectives• The improvement of circulation
around and in the study area• The development of alternative
concepts to address problems related to congestion
• A consistent streetscape• The safe movement of peds and
vehicles
Hanley Road Corridor Study - St. Louis County, Missouri
Project Goals1. To develop alternatives that can move
easily into the design phase by completion of the study
2. To achieve a LOS of D at signalized intersections with our alternatives
3. To develop creative alternatives to address access and capacity issues
Hanley Road Corridor Study - St. Louis County, Missouri
Project Goals continued…
4. To provide safe pedestrian access across and along the corridor as best possible
5. To improve the streetscape of Hanley Road
