Cooperatives’ Role:

Primary Cooperative Society is established for

handloom weavers to manufacture and sell handloom

products.products.

PHWCS shall produce the cloth as per the

requirements, specifications and purchase order given

and informed by Dastakar and deliver the same.

VO’s Role:

DRDA releases funds to PHWCS through VO’s

(By entering MOU’s).

VO submits utilization certificates to DRDA’s.

Every 6 months PHWCS will submit sales &

expenditure details to VO’s, VO’s in turn to DRDA.

DRDA will review the performance (Output),

expenditure sales once in 6 months along with Mandal

Samakhyas.

VO constitutes a committee to review and monitor utilization

of funds by Primary Cooperatives and also facilitation support provided by Dastakar.
