The Home Office has implemented a fully online application system. The process includes:• Completing online application forms • Paying the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) online as

part of your visa application and paying the visa application fee online at your visa submission appointment with the VISA Team

• Printing checklist • The completed checklist and original documents are then

posted to the Home Office’s Online Document Centre in London by the VISA Team.

Important If you are a GCU student, part of your Student Terms and Conditions while studying at GCU, you must submit your dependant(s) visa application through the VISA Team.
