Visit the Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation (DMV) office in Barrigada Hours of Operation: 8am – 5pm Monday-Friday, excluding holidays

✓ Bring valid ID and original social security card

Fill out application for new license before getting in line✓ Check box for written exam and motorcycle license on application

Present IDs and turn in paperwork to schedule the written exam✓ Make sure to request a study guide while at the DMV

Exam is offered once a week, on Fridays, at the University of Guam and you must make an appointment at the DMV beforehand.

The results of the exam are available the following Wednesday at noon.✓ Visit www.uog.edu/pip to see if you passed, only the people who passed will be posted for 1 week.

Once you pass, go back to the Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation (DMV) office in Barrigada with valid ID, original social security card, and $10.

After waiting in line you will receive your Guam Motorcycle Permit which is valid up to 1 year. Additionally, you can schedule your driving exam at this time if you choose.
