There are two big areas for CISV to think about and plan for over the coming years – Growth and Sustainable Development in line with a clear Vision and Mission We know from the answers you gave us in the Organizational Review consultation in 2011, that growth and sustainable development are also big issues for you. So, we want to know a bit more about the opportunities and challenges that you experience and the support you need to help you face them. Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. Please read the Help Notes first and complete the SWOT (the analysis of your Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats); you will need your SWOT answers for Section 2 of this survey. We know the survey looks very long – but, as you will see, there are a lot of questions that require simple ‘yes or no’ responses and a lot of drop-down menus. There are also a number of questions where we ask you to ‘rate’ statements. We hope that all of these should not take you a long time to do. We know your time is valuable and we want to assure you that all the information you give us will be used as we develop CISV International’s Strategic Plan for the next 3-5 years. We will also be publishing the results. If you have any questions or need any help with this survey, please contact us by email at [email protected]
