We can provide all the services from the beginning to the end of the project including construction company, architects and designers…. Our Client can choose the services required based on the project need.
4- Hotel and Resort development:- Site selection- Design concepts and master planning- Regularly monitor the work of Architect, Interior Designer and other Consultants on behalf of the owner to make sure to keep the development of the Project within the targeted cost and time parameters.
5- Preparation of Pre-Opening Budget and Marketing plan6- Project Management and MANAGEMENT Contracts7- Assist and represent the shareholders in all the negotiations
