Activity 1- Collaboration

• An individual from our group will give a short presentation (5-7 mins) on what was our objective of organizing the Management Fest & also the overall progress so far

• He will then divide the overall fest activities into four parts namely: Marketing, Operations, Finance & Sponsorship

• These 4 departments would then be randomly assigned (pick any chit randomly) to the 4 current groups of our Leadership class

• Each group will now be asked to brainstorm & identify the pain areas of that particular department activities (20 mins)

• The group will then present their recommendations to the rest of the class on what could be done to improve any particular activity & how

• The class may then further ask their queries and counter argue over valid points, for which the group presenting would be responsible to answer

• Each group will be allotted 12 mins for their presentation & discussion with the class

• All the valid points will be listed down and would be taken into account for implementation
