Cardio Sculpt (45 min)45 minutes of exercise with a primary focus on aerobic activity including resistance exercises to work on toning. This class includes steps, bosu’s, bands, body bars, weights and physioballs to help you break a sweat!

AM Cardio Pump (45 min) NEW!Need a kick in the butt in the morning to get your day started? This class provides a highly active workout to help you start and end your week with a purpose!

Aqua Deep (45 min)Challenge your water workout by taking it to the deep end. Less stress on your joints with more resistance. Jogging belts provided.

CSU90x Plyo (45 min)A class that incorporates power and agility drills; perfect for participants looking to improve their speed and coordination through high impact plyometric exercises. **NOTE: This class uses high impact exercises that involve jumping. May not be suitable for all populations.

CSUFit (45 min) NEW!Put your fitness through the entire fitness gamut. Endurance, power, strength, and will to overcome plateaus. This class is comparable to our 158 in intensity, but will sufficiently prepare you for our First Annual CSU Fitness Challenge coming this February! Class meets in room 158.**NOTE: This class requires an intermediate to expert fitness level to participate.

Belly Dance (60 min)This class is your first step to discovering belly dance. Enjoy a different style of music and costuming as you prepare for a totally new dance and exercise program.

Zumba® (60 min)This fun class that uses simple Latin-inspired dance steps to work your core and tone your body. Come join the party!

Yoga Instructional (60 min) NEW!The focus of this yoga instructional is proper alignment in common poses practiced in a flowing (Vinyasa) class. Some basic breathing (Pranayama) techniques will be covered as well. Perfect for new yoga students or as an alignment refresher for regular practitioners.

Boxing Circuit (60 min)One of the hottest class at the Rec! Learn how to punch, kick, and jab your way through a great circuit workout.

INSTRUCTIONAL CLASSES

Spinning® (45 & 60 min)A great non-impact, calorie-blasting class that has proven to be a satisfying to all over the years. We offer 45 and 60 minute rides each week that are set to upbeat, funky music designed to push you to excel.

Yoga (45 & 60 min)From beginner to advanced, this class will help participants progress in their current yoga practice. Some experienced recommended, but not required. All levels are welcome!

Total Toning (45 min)Look for this class to help you achieve the sleek, toned look you’ve been waiting for. This class primarily focuses on resistance exercises and includes aerobic exercises to keep your heart rate up!

Abs (15 min)A jam-packed 15 minute class dedicated to your core.

Aqua Shallow (45 min)Get ready to take the plunge. This class will get your heart pumping while using resistive properties of water to kick your cardio up a notch! Swimming skills not required.

158 (45 min)Short but intense class that focuses on functional training, core, and endurance. Formats vary by instructor, but most classes, will include TRX suspension training, kettlebells, plyometrics and more! **NOTE: This class requires an intermediate to expert fitness level to participate.
