Located on an 11 hectare site, this development is designed around a landscaped courtyard that links the buildings and is viewed from all occupied areas. The office has a sleek façade with blue glazed fins breaking the elevational treatment and casting differing shadows internally and externally. They reflect the landscape which was carefully considered to ensure that the building settled into its context.

Personnel and Property Protection
Compliance with Building Regulations and insurance stipulations required the chosen building envelope material to meet the most stringent testing requirements.
Kingspan’s range of LPCB and FM approved FIREsafe panels were chosen to meet these requirements whilst our newly FM approved Topdek flat roof system was installed for the first time in Ireland.

Faster Construction
The construction time for this entire project was 18 months. The installation of the single component ‘frame to frame’ Longspan insulated wall panel system achieved faster on site build time when compared to the use of heavier systems.
Install rates of up to 140m2 per day brought an immediate improvement on programme whilst providing excellent thermal performance and an aesthetically pleasing finish.

Design Solutions
Changes to the Irish Building Control Regulations and the introduction of S.I.9 have imposed a significant body of work on construction teams. Our Technical Services department and team of Field Service Engineers were able to assist with the management of this process by implementing a clear and reportable inspection regime during the course of building envelope construction.
