April 2015 Market Comment We have witnessed very solid growth in values over the last few months with an increasing number of sales approaching (and indeed, surpassing) the $2million mark. We have been holding auctions both on-site at our vendor’s properties and in our busy city auction rooms, thus giving our clients a choice. Some properties do lend themselves to successful on-site auctions, whereas sometimes a lack of parking space, undercover areas (should it rain on auction day) and ‘disruptive neighbourly activity’ can influence an on-site auction.
