For those customers who wish to undertake no maintenance whatsoever, we now offer an ongoing maintenance service. During this service we will;

Green Planet Grass is paint and oil resistant, fire retardant, pet friendly, and can handle vehicle parking and high pedestrian traffic. In addition, our specialised installation techniques guarantee the grass will be safe and secure in public open spaces. It’s an ideal solution for schools, childcare centres, hard to maintain areas and places that can’t grow natural lawn.

Green Planet Grass Range

MultipurposeSoft polyethylene, hard-wearing lawns suitable for playgrounds, sports grounds and heavily used areas. Available in various colours including olive green, forest green, yellow, white, blue, red, orange and ochre. We use AS/NZ:4422:1996 compliant Green Planet Grass shock absorption padding where required.

Landscape Our third generation landscape range of synthetic lawns offer a natural looking, long-lasting, low maintenance alternative to real lawn. We have five premium lawns in the Landscape Range with varying blade height, density, colour and yarn type. All are soft under foot, pet friendly and are designed to last 20 years.

SportOur third generation sports lawn systems improve player-surface and ball-surface interaction. They have a softer UV resistant polyethylene yarn to eliminate abrasion and use shock absorption padding when required to overcome all levels of impact attenuation (Australian standards AS/NZ:4422:1996). We have an extensive range of sports specific products including tennis, golf, football (AFL, soccer, rugby) and cricket lawns. Our accredited installers can provide a turn-key installation including site preparation, base construction, drainage, fencing as well as lighting supply and grass installation.

Recreational/Sports FacilitiesOver a 20-year lifetime a synthetic grass sports surface will cost half as much as installing and maintaining natural grass. I had my artificial lawn installed on October 18 and I am so happy with the end product – it looks fantastic and the whole family enjoy the lawn.

The guys that came to install the lawn were fantastic, courteous and professional. It was a very hot day (36 deg) they arrived at my house by 2pm and only left at 7pm when the lawn was installed and they had finished tidying up. They worked non-stop to ensure they met their deadline – they were great and an asset to your company.

The grass (Mars) that was installed just on 12 months ago has been a real eye catcher for the school’s grounds. Previously a well shaded area where nothing grew (we tried turf rejuvenation and numerous roll-on turf solutions all with no lasting success) we now have an area that students and staff can use and appreciate.

The result is excellent and part of achieving this was the consultation with the staff from Green Planet Grass (particularly Justin).

I have been putting my grass journey on Facebook and it has been interesting. Another Dane owner went with [competitor] only because they had a ‘finance’ arrangement and she has had a few problems, so it has been interesting us both sharing our experiences, mine being all good! Her grass has been cutting the dogs and they are slipping on it…mine no probs. I have also been talking about the pet fill so everyone is interested in that. I have attached pictures of Orion & Luni playing on it the fortnight after it was installed. Orion has terrible diarrhoea, fantastic weekend for me, but the pet fill did its job very well for the couple of times he went on the grass. And lastly…..yep, I love my lawn! One of the biggest benefits apart from the dog safety factor is just the cleanliness. Trish
