Modelling

Green Giraffe offers a full suite of modelling services, from review of existing models to design from scratch of new models up to the highest finance standards, and assistance in the definition and preparation of sensitivities.

We can propose optimisation strategies to improve selected parameters (IRR, gearing, debt quantum, minimum ratios, etc.) and build models which allow to test different financing strategies (with or without debt).
