Schedule for Volunteers

Morning Shift Report at 7:30 a.m. Park in the staff lot Meeting with Volunteer

supervisor at 7:45 a.m. Mid-morning break

when possible Debriefing at 1 p.m. Lunch at 1:30 p.m.

Afternoon Shift Report at 11:30 a.m. Park in the overflow lot Meeting with Volunteer

supervisor at 11:45 a.m. Mid-morning break

when possible Debriefing at 5 p.m. Meal at 5:30 p.m.

Responsibilities of Volunteers

Collect resumes of applicants

Enter basic applicant information into database

Escort applicants to employers’ booths; make appropriate introductions

Provide information to applicants and employers as necessary
