the month of October. Thank you to everyone

who stopped by to taste out Busia’s recipes. For

November we want to embrace the season of the

harvest. With this, many of our featured dishes will

include many of these fall harvest foods such as

our Venison Loin which will be served with a Shii-

take Mushroom crust and Rack of Lamb.

Not only will we have these great harvest specials

to share with you all of November, we have a few

other things in store, as well. On Friday, November

4 we will have a very rare and special Pilsner

Urquell beer on tap. At 5 pm we will be tapping

this special version of Pilsner Urquell which is unpas-

teurized and unfiltered. We are only one of two

place in West Michigan that will have this beer!

Also, there will be a representative from Pilsner

Urquell who will giving away some merchandise

from 5 - 7 pm that evening so stop by and taste

some rare and interesting beer that night.

On Saturday, November 5 Chef Mike and his crew

will again be competing in the BaCon competition

down at the Delta Plex in Grand Rapids. This is a

very fun event where area Chef compete in creat-

ing the best tasting and most interesting b

throughout November where we are offering a

Sunday exclusive Smoked Meat Platter from the

Grist Mill which includes Brisket Burnt Ends, Smoked
