How To Use This Book
Hello � iend! I’m so glad you downloaded this gratitude booklet! This book was created to help you appreciate all of the small things in life and to document as much of
it as you’d like. Once you print out the sheets, you can make as many copies as you desire to carry throughout other months and year(s). My goal through all of this is that you will learn humility, gratitude, and be thankful for all that you have. After documenting for 30 days, go back and review your journal. You’ll be
surprised how thankful you are in the coming months.
Each day, you will be tasked with writing things that happened, things you want to improve, and what you’re thankful for. This takes eff ort! Spend some time
at the end of each day to really think about some positive things that made you smile. Be creative! This could be as simple as the sun coming out, you went for a walk, your pet did something funny or cute, and much more. Once you have
found the good thing that happened that day, then write something you want to improve. For example, you want to get back into shape, you want to start making
up your bed each morning, or maybe you want to start kickboxing classes or own a business. Lastly, write what you are thankful for. Change it up each day,
which can become challenging. I want you to write about anything that comes to mind. Try to not write the same thing more than once. I know you can do it!

Think about what you put down daily for what you’re thankful for. Is it mostly the same things? If so, you may need to do some re-evaluating. You also should have had things you needed to improve on. For example, I put that I want to get back to the gym, join my church, and start a blog. If you found this diffi cult, then ask your friends and family to off er you advise on things they may see you need
to work on.
I hope this journal helped you notice the beauty in everyday life, to be grateful for what you have, to set goals, and to improve in some areas. I hope you
