• In 1meeting onTuesday,November 17th, the board heardprogressreportsonseveralcurrentprojects,primarilyconcernedwithactionstocompleteorfollow-uponseveralprojectsbegunduringtheyear.
• ProgressReports:RemediationeffortsonConnieLaneare stillbeing pursued,with bids being sought from 2-3 companies.Optionsbeingexploredincludeenclosingtheditchcompletelyandprovidingperiodicconcretedropsforsurfacewater,andanadditionaloptionofusingamodifiedretainingwallwithasurfacegridforeaseofcleanout.
• TheLED sign for back gate shouldbe installed inDecember.Additionalelectricbidswillbesoughttoobtainmorecompetitivepricing.
• Managementreportedthattheauditmaterialswerepickedupanddeterminationsarebeingmadeonneedforcurrent2014and2015auditsandquotestobesolicited.
• The sound and video equipmentwill be ordered and shouldbe received in time for theCookieswith Santa event and toaccommodatethestartofMovienightsagainbymid-December.
• Oneadditionalquoteonreplatsurveyworkwasreceived-onequoteisstilloutstanding.

fornextcycle.Erosionrepairsat9044GLEDrive(culvertunderroad)andGuinevereSpillwayhavebeenadded toworkordersforcompletion,withwarranty repairsbyRocktec stillpendingnegotiation.
• ConnieLaneProjectCoordinator,DamonScott reported that2quotesforremediationofditchesonConnieLanehavebeenreceived,withestimatesrangingfrom$85,000to$160,000forscopesofworkthatinvolveenclosingtheditchesandprovidingperiodicconcretedropsforsurfacewater.ChrisKislingreportedthataquotetocreatearetainingwallandbackfillonthestreetside,withorwithoutametalgridoverthewaterwayisstillpendingcompletion.Debrisremovalquoteswerereceivedandaquotefor$1,300wasreceivedandacceptedbytheboardtocleartheconcreteandprojectconstructiondebrisfrontingConnieLane.QuotesfortheportionofthedebrisremovalbehindConnieLanehomesarestillpendingorinclusiveofditchworkquotesnotedabove.Twoquotes forhydro-seeding theditchesonAdela, in thedrainageeasement between 2Connie Lane homes and behindConnieLanehomeswereheardandtabledforfutureresearch.CautionsigninstallationonConnieLanehasbeenpendedatthistime.

• TheboardwillbeaddressingATVpolicy/enforcementdevelopment,reviewing of several resolutions,ACCpolicy development andlong-termproperty acquisition/capital improvement plans inworkingmeetingsslatedforDecemberandJanuary.
• Theboardisawaitingnewquotesonliabilityinsuranceandanumbrella policy frommanagement, to coordinatewith policyexpirationdatescurrentlyinprogress.
