RMC, Guwahati / DDGM(WF), Pune / NHEC, New Delhi regularly . 2.B2 Monthly Meteorological data for AUGUST, 2009 were sent to RMC, Guwahati. 2.B3 Minimum and Maximum temperatures of Shillong were sent to AIR, Shillong and

Doordarshan – Guwahati & Shillong daily. 2.B4 Weekly rainfall data of Shillong were sent to RMC, Guwahati on regular basis. 2.B5 Weekly synop data were sent to DDGM(WF) Pune / RMC, Guwahati on regular

basis. 2.B6 Some cases of Met. enquiries / data have been forwarded to RMC, Guwahati for

further necessary action. 2.B7 Weekly visibility reports were sent to RMC, Guwahati on regular basis. 2.B8 Monthly flood damage & disaster events report for AUGUST, 2009 sent to RMC,

Guwahati. 2.B9 The following observations took place during the month :- (a). Pyrgeometer : NIL (b). Pyrheliometer : NIL 2.B10 Number of print out from Data logger for global and diffuse solar radiation :30 2.B11 Monthly radiation data for AUGUST, 2009 sent to ADGM ® Pune. 2.B12. Weekly original MMR were sent to RMC, Guwahati on regular basis. 3. BUDGET & PLANNING. 3.1 O.E. bills, Medical bills and Contingent bills etc. 4.
