Blue Bottle Coffee crafts delicious drinks, treats guests with care and respect, and composts scrupulously. Come enjoy those fresh roasted coffee beans.

AMPLE HILLS CREAMERY

Zagat’s number one rated ice cream shop in New York City, Brooklyn-based Ample Hills Creamery, serves its popular hand-crafted ice creams made from the freshest possible ingredients.

IVAN RAMEN SLURP SHOP Ivan Orkin, the world-renowned ramen expert, serves classic ramen, mazemen, rice bowls, and more at Ivan Ramen Slurp shop, his first restaurant outside of Japan.

THE CANNIBAL

Chef Francis Derby provides a menu of market-driven small plates, house-made charcuterie, and cured meats served with a rotating list of over 200 global beers and a well-crafted selection of bourbons and whiskeys.

Riffing off the fare from American “every-town” roadside stands, Genuine Roadside serves better-basics with an international twist including tacos, sandwiches, burgers, shakes, wine, beer, and cocktails.

Nestled in the heart of the market, the Club Room at Gotham West Market features 800 square feet of luxurious flexible space, available for a variety of exclusive events and multiple seating configurations. The Club Room boasts a state-of-the-art test kitchen perfect for chef or mixology demonstrations. A fully functioning AV system complete with comfy lounge chairs create the perfect atmosphere for fun and relaxed big-game or red carpet awards show viewing. Or get dressed up and host your very own elegant cocktail or dinner party with beautifully arranged table settings.

The Club Room entry door can be left open to enjoy the bustling energy and vibe of the market. Or it can be closed to give your guests a sense of intimacy and privacy.

Need reservations for 300 or more? You’re in luck. The entire market, including the Club Room, can be secured to provide food and drinks for all your guests.

Mix, mingle, and explore. Experience the whole market and order dishes and cocktails from one or more restaurants as you go. Feel free to roam wherever you like or return to the Club Room or your Market Table to dine. Your guests will be given VIP wristbands to order directly from restaurants or, if you prefer, you can reserve one of our servers to be the dining adventure guide for everyone in your party.
