The Gorham Business Exchange was originally formed in 1992 by a group of business owners interested in creating an alliance between Gorham business owners and the Town of Gorham. It was restructured in 1996 and again in 2010 to keep up with changing business trends. While the original membership included only Gorham businesses, intererst in the organization spread to neighboring towns. Therefore, the Gorham Business Exchange welcomes to its membership any business that considers itself a vendor for Gorham consumers.
