Camilla Vest has worked and still does, as a renowned international fashion model. But her passion is interior design. Her home has been featured in many magazines. Camilla has lived in Tribeca, NY for the last 20 years.
Ricky Nordson worked as a multi award winning Creative Director in advertising for 20 years before moving to New York. After arriving to the city he soon found out that there where a great need for simple, modern design.
The two met by coincidence at a local coffee shop - and soon the talk turned to design… all is history from there on.

OGK DAYBED AND OGK CHAIR- designed by Ole Gjerløv-Knudsen
In 1962 Danish designer Ole Gjerløv-Knudsen designed this divine safari daybed for his son who was heading off on a camping trip. Once you’ve had a bit of practice you can set this bed up in about 2 minutes. It comes in a handy bag with a shoulder strap and while brilliant for a seriously stylish camping trip, as you can see, it’ll work just a perfectly as a sunbed, daybed or guest bed. There are no screws required. The legs are tightened with rope and it’s made of beech wood, natural-coloured linen and sisal rope. Beautiful. Special all black version for the US market coming Spring 2015!

MOBILE- designed by Kasper Kjeldgaard
The mobile is an abstract composition, both formally and in terms of materials. Reflections on balance and movement are central and evident in the design.

LYNGBY VASE- designed by Lyngby Porcelæn
Lyngby Porcelæn was founded in 1936 in Kongens Lyngby and manufactured dinnerware, vases and other decorative objects of high quality. To this day, many designs from Lyngby Porcelæn are still beautiful and timeless.
The Lyngby Vase was, and still is, the most well renownedand iconic Lyngby Porcelæn product. This cylindricalwhite vase was designed under rule of the 30’s Bauhausform/function design wave. Superfluous ornamentationshould no longer be a part of the design: Nothing but bareshape and purpose.
This vase is a beautiful example of Lyngby Porcelæn’sinterpretation of the this new functionalistic design wave:Noble craftsmanship meets modern techniques andradically different design persuasions. A new way of thinking which gave birth to this high caliber classic. The Lyngby Vase comes in white glazed and black bisquit porcelain.

TEXTILE NO. SERIES- designed by Karin Carlander
We can save on resources by replacing plastic with textile in our kitchens. Here the same textile serves multiple purposes: as a tea towel, a cloth, wrapping, a tablecloth and many other functions.
The versatility of linen makes it a perfect textile for the Kitchen Wear series. It is highly absorbent, dries quickly after use and helps preserve food when used as wrapping – and it only gets better with use. Nature’s own elegant material. Yarn production, weaving and sewing are all carried out in Europe under sustainable working conditions.

THE OAK MEN- designed by Anders Buchtrup Jensen and Peter Hensberg
The Oak Men are Anders and Peter. We are Danish cabinet-makers. We love wood and we love cool stuff. We design and manufacture products for use in life, for real and for fun. Every product handled by The Oak Men is based on cabinet making, with a focus on quality, simplicity, aesthetics but certainly also a good deal of humor. There are many fine home accessories out there, but most of it made for women. We only produce what we think is cool. We only do stuff which we, as men, as The Oak Men, can relate to. Stuff that men themselves will buy. Stuff that women can buy for their men, but surely also for themselves.
