HyVISION Gonio stage has high precision.

Because of ball screw, it has higher precision, better capacity for load, faster speed than other productswith worm type. HyVISION has exclusive technology for it and this is proved by HyVISION’s patent.

There are 2 unique and exclusive technology of HyVISION ; pivot measurement method with vision, andprecise pivot guarantee solution with laser displacement sensor.

With these technologies, exact location of pivot center is measured, controlled to be in very strict range,and maintained in adjusted position. Only HyVISION can do it with advanced technology.

Gonio stage, swivel(tilt) stage or goniometer, is a device usedto rotate an object precisely about a fixed axis in space.
