GOING FOR GOLDFEBRUARY WEEKLY VIRTUAL PROMOTION RULES

1. All drawings will be conducted on Tuesdays during the month; February 6th, 13th, 20th, and 27th, 2018.

2. Guests must be a ONE club member, or enroll to become one, to be eligible.

3. Upon card activation, a player will be awarded ten (10) entries each day.

4. To activate entries, a player must use their club card and earn ten (10) Slot points at each action day. A tag will be attached to their account.

5. Entries are only good for that week’s drawing, and do not roll over.

6. Guests must be present to win each week.

7. Guests are responsible for activating entries on drawing days, by using their card at a slot machine between 8am & 8pm.

8. Three (3) winners will be announced at the East Main ONE club desk at 4pm, 6pm and 8pm.

9. Winners will have three (3) minutes to claim their prize at the East ONE club desk once their name is announced. If the winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time frame, another winner will be drawn. This will continue until all winners are determined.

10. Quil Ceda Creek Casino and affiliates are not responsible for players hearings their names being anonced over the broadcast system. Some gaming areas, venues, and restaurants may not have an audible feed.

11. Each contestant will choose three envelopes for the “Going for Gold” game board. Each envelope will contain a gold, silver or bronze medal. Each medal will have a cash value as follows: • $1,000 - $500 Cash • $250 Cash • $100 Cash

12. Contestants will win the combined amount of the three (3) envelopes they selected.

13. If the contestant’s envelope reveals a gold, silver and bronze prize card, they will win a bonus $250 in free play.

14. All winners must have valid government issued photo I.D.

15. All cash winners of $500.01 or more will be required to fill out a 1099, W-9 or 1042s, in order to claim winnings. All foreign players are subject to additional taxes, based upon federal regulations.

16. Guests can only win one (1) time per drawing date.

17. Quil Ceda Creek Casino management reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time at their sole discretion with or without notice, subject to Tulalip Tribal Gaming Agency approval. All rulings made by event management during the promotion are final.

18. TGO staff and players who are currently expelled from Quil Ceda Creek are not eligible to participate in casino promotions.

19. Any player found to be abusing the promotion rules or tampering with the promotion in any way may be disqualified and declared ineligible.

20. Promotion is subject to all Federal and Tribal laws and regulations and is void wherever prohibited by law.

21. All participants must be 21 years of age or older to qualify.
