This annual customer purchase exit survey was conducted of actual member usage beginning on February 1, 2017 and ending January 1, 2018 by Liquid Soap Products’ internal Art & Marketing department. All survey data received is included in this docu-ment, disregarding any personally indentifying customer information data that may have been received. An entry for a prize drawing was offered as an incentive for customers to give feedback. Each question had a choice of “Prefer not to answer” so that users could choose to enter the drawing without requiring them to answer.
