Pastor’s Corner
Memory Verse of the Month: Psalm 127:1 “Unless the Lord builds a house, the builders work is useless.”
Pastor Nathan
Seckinger
UNLESS THE LORD BUILDS THE HOUSE
Unless the Lord builds the house,
They labor in vain to try at all,
Building anything not according to his call.
Unless the Lord wants it done,
You better not work another day,
Building anything that will stand in his way.
You love the Lord and it seems like he’s been leading,
You've asked him to bless all your plans.
But are you so sure you're just doing what you want to,
Building your house on the sand, the sand.
Unless the Lord builds the house,
They labor in vain to try at all,
Building anything not according to his call.
Unless the Lord wants it done,
You better not work another day,
Building anything that will stand in his way.
Working so hard at the things that you believe in,
No one can tear you away.
But don't you lose sight of the very one who calls you,
You may be sorry some day, some day.
For wood, hay and stubble, will all burn up in the fire.
But to love the Lord with all your heart, should be your one desire.
Love the Lord.
Unless the Lord wants it done,
You better not work another day,
Building anything that will stand,
Anything that will stand, anything that will stand.

Greenville Alliance Women
Memory Verse of the Month: Psalm 127:1 “Unless the Lord builds a house, the builders work is useless.”
There will be no evening meeting of the Greenville Alliance Women in July since the first Tuesday falls on the July 4th holiday.
There will be no evening meeting of the Greenville Alliance Women in August since there is opportunity to attend Edinboro Family Camp.
2016-2017 National Project
Our new 2016-2017 National Project, “Placed for a Purpose” is a continuance of our 2015-2016 National Project. There is always a need for the funds to continue the project.
Pill Bottles
We are no longer collecting empty pill bottles for the Bongolo Hospital in Gabon, West Africa. In their last ‘call’ for medical supplies they did not need the pill bottles. We have 5 boxes (about 5,000 bottles) ready to ship the next time they call for more. Therefore, if has been decided to NOT collect any more until we get the boxes we already have shipped. Thank you to everyone who has brought in bottles over the years.
Thank you…ladies for your many, many years of supporting The Greenville Alliance Women with your prayers, attendance, money and encouragement to me. Because of health reasons I can no longer fill the ministry position of director. The office is open to anyone that would want to keep our GAW alive.
Together We Serve Him,
Alice Myers
Thank you Alice, for your many years of service to the Greenville Alliance Wom-en. It will be hard to “fill your shoes”.

Bursting at the Seams!
God has blessed Greenville Alliance Church with so many families with children that we need to
make more room for them!
The solution to our overcrowding is moving the Children’s Ministry to the area below the sanctuary
where they will have plenty of room now and for many more years of growth. 4Twelve Student Min-
istry will move to the ALC building for the summer to allow for this growth to occur.
There are a few updates to this area we would like to see before the move takes place. Most of
which is cosmetic, such as painting and decorating. Some is more structural such as adding a divider
to make an additional classroom.
There are plans to add a lift in the future to make this area more handicap accessible. In the
meantime, we will make use of the chair lift that is already installed in the back stair well. More
information on the new lift will come later.
Jesus told his disciples in Matthew 9 that “the harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray
to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.”
We have been praying for the Lord to send more workers to our fields. Are you willing to answer
His call to help harvest the field He has given us?
If so, please contact Dean Gregory or Michelle Toy and they will help you get harvesting.
Please be gracious and kind while these changes are being made as we are sure there will be un-
foreseen challenges that will need overcome as we go into His field!
This is an amazing time in and for Greenville Alliance Church!

A house is being prepared for our International Workers as
they are home on furlough. Work on the house itself is in
process, but there may be small jobs you could do. Also, a
few specific items are needed—-a couch, a queen size
bed and curtains for all the windows. Other miscellaneous
items for the kitchen and for general household set-up are
also needed. Please contact Brenda Liszka (724-932-5311
or 724-977-9543) before JULY 14 if you may be able to
help with small jobs or provide items for the household.
