In addition, the Order requires a cost report detailing the expenses in which the Municipality incurred in order to develop and file the NOI. The Municipality hired an environmental consulting firm on an hourly- basis to develop and prepare the NOI and the expected cost will not exceed $5,200. Dear Director Guerrero-Perez:

As required by the EPAOrder, the Las Piedras Municipality submits a Notice of Intent (NOI) and anelectronic copy of such NOI to obtain coverage under the 2016 National Pollutant Discharge EliminationSystem ("NPDES) General Permit for Stormwater Discharges from Small Municipal Separate Storm SewerSystems ("SMS4") in urbanized areas.

In addition, the Order requires a cost report detailing the expenses in which the Municipality incurred inorder to develop and file the NOI. The Municipality hired an environmental consulting firm on an hourly-basis to develop and prepare the NOI and the expected cost will not exceed $5,200.

I certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under my directionor supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified personnel properlygathered and evaluated the information submitted.
