1. GeneralAll products, parts, labour and/or services (“Goods”) supplied by GnG Sales (“GnG”) are supplied on these terms and conditions as amended from time to time and those, if any, which are implied and which cannot be excluded by law (“Terms”). No order shall be binding on GnG until accepted by GnG. All Goods are charged at the price ruling at the date of invoice and any Goods and Services Tax within the meaning of the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (“GST”) or other government imposts shall be payable by The Customer.

2. Payment TermsGoods must be paid for prior to delivery or receipt unless prior credit arrangements have been agreed to by GnG.Credit terms will only be granted to Company approved applicants and may be withdrawn at GnG’s discretion at any time for any reason. If Credit is granted it will be done so at the complete discretion of GnG and granted under the following conditions:2.1 A completed, signed Company Credit Application has been submitted to GnG and credit has been granted to the Customer by GnG 2.2 Payment is due within thirty (30) days from the end of the month in which the Goods are received unless otherwise stated in writing by GnG2.3 GnG may, at its sole discretion, charge liquidated damages at a rate equivalent to two percent (2%) above the rate of interest for the time being fixed under Section 2 of the Penalty Interest Rates Act 1983 if payment is not received by the date due in accordance with section 2.2 above. 2.4 The Customer is liable for all reasonable expenses (including contingent expenses such as debt collection commission) and legal costs (on a solicitor/own client basis) incurred by GnG for enforcement of obligations and recovery of monies due from the Customer to GnG

3. Delivery and Supply3.1 Any times quoted for delivery and/or supply are estimates only and GnG shall not be liable for failure to deliver/supply or for delay in delivery/supply. The Customer shall not be relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for goods by reason of any delay in delivery/supply or dispatch. GnG reserves the right to stop supply at any time if the Customer fails to comply with the Terms.3.2 The risk of damage, loss or deterioration of any Goods will pass to the Customer upon the earlier of dispatch or expiry of seven (7) days from the date of notification by GnG to the Customer that the Goods are available for collection.

4. PropertyUntil full payment has been made for all Goods, and any other sums in any way outstanding from the Customer to GnG from time to time:-4.1 All sums outstanding become immediately due and payable by the Customer to GnG if the Customer makes default in paying any other sums due to GnG, becomes bankrupt, or commits any act of bankruptcy, compounds with its creditors, has judgement entered against it in any court or, being a company, has a provisional liquidator, liquidator, receiver, receiver manager or administrator appointed, notwithstanding the provisions of any other clause in these Terms.4.2 The property in the Goods shall not pass to the Customer and the Customer shall hold the Goods as Bailee for GnG (returning the same to GnG on request). The goods shall nevertheless be at the risk of the Customer from the time of dispatch referred to in Clause 3.2 and the Customer must insure the Goods from the time of dispatch referred to in Clause 3.2.4.3 The Customer is only authorised to sell the Goods (or any portion of them) to third parties as the fiduciary agent of GnG provided that there shall be no right to bind GnG to any liability to such third party by contract or otherwise. All payments (direct or indirect) received from such third parties by the Customer for the Goods (or any portion of them) shall be held on trust for GnG pursuant to the fiduciary relationship.4.4 In the event that the Customer incorporates or transforms the Goods (or any portion of them) into any other goods or products produced by the Customer (or a third party), then the Customer must hold a proportion of any payment (“relevant proportion”) received by the Customer for such goods or products on trust for GnG. The Customer expressly acknowledges that the relevant proportion shall be equal to the dollar value the portion of the Goods incorporated or transformed and the Customer further acknowledges that any part payment (not exceeding the relevant proportion) received by the Customer for such goods or products is received as payment first of the relevant proportion.4.5 GnG is irrevocably authorised to enter any premises where the Goods are kept, and to use the name of the Customer and to act on its behalf, if necessary, to recover possession of the Goods.4.6 If the Customer fails to pay for the goods on the due date then, even though GnG reserves title to the goods supplied to the Customer and without prejudice to any other rights or remedies GnG may have, GnG may sue the Customer for the price of the goods as a liquidated sum.

GNG SALES - GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION

5. Returns, Cancellations and Claims5.1 The Customer shall not return any Goods to GnG without obtaining prior authorisation from GnG. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. No returns will be accepted unless a copy of the relevant invoice is enclosed with the returned Goods. A list of the Goods returned including product descriptions, quantity, date of return and the Customer’s name and address must also be enclosed. All Goods must be returned in the original packaging and The Customer shall be responsible for all damage incurred during return shipment. A credit note will be issued by GnG only after Goods returned are either collected by GnG authorised representative or returned to it by The Customer as set out above. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of invoice.5.2 All complaints, claims or notification of lost Goods, incomplete Goods, Goods damaged in transit or Goods that do not comply with the Customer’s purchase order must be submitted by the Customer to GnG in writing within ten (10) business days of the date of the invoice rendered for the supply of the Goods. Otherwise, the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods and shall not refuse to pay for the Goods on the basis that they were lost, incomplete, damaged in transit, or do not comply with the Customer’s purchase order.5.3 Notwithstanding clause 5.1 and 5.2, all complaints, claims or notification of carton shortages, Goods damaged in transit or pilferage must first be directed to the freight carrier.5.4 Warranty - All Air tools and spray guns are guaranteed for 12 months from date of invoice against faulty workmanship or material defect. Goods are not guaranteed against damage from normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse, neglect, water in air lines, failure to appropriately lubricate or incorrect oil used as lubricant. Also, this guarantee does not cover accessories or consumables such as springs, blades, chisels, cutting edges, or normal wearing parts such as hammer pins, anvils etc. Goods subject to a warranty claim are to be returned to GnG or its appointed representative, freight prepaid together with a description of the warranty claim. Goods will be repaired or replaced and returned free of charge if it is determined by GnG as a warranty claim.

No other warranties except those implied and which cannot be excluded by law are given by GnG in respect of goods or services supplied. Where it is lawful to do so, the liability of GnG for a breach of a condition or warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the goods, the supply of equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of repairing or replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods, the supplying of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again, as determined by GnG.

6. NotificationThe Customer must notify GnG in writing within seven (7) days of:-6.1 Any alteration of the name or ownership of the Customer.6.2 The issue of any legal proceedings against the Customer.6.3 The appointment of any provisional liquidator, liquidator, receiver, receiver manager or administrator to the Customer.6.4 Any change in the ownership of the business name of the Customer.The Customer agrees that it shall be liable to GnG for all Goods supplied to the new owner by GnG until notice of any such change is received.

7. Failure to ActGnG’s failure to enforce or insist upon the timely performance of any term, condition, covenant or provision in these Terms, or GnG’s failure to exercise any right or remedy available under these Terms or at law or GnG’s failure to insist upon timely payment of monies when due or to demand payment of any charges or fees which accrue or any extension of credit or forbearance under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default or a waiver of GnG’s right to demand timely payment of future obligations or strict compliance with the Terms.

8. Legal Construction8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of New South Wales, Australia and GnG and the Customer consents and submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.8.2 Notwithstanding that any provision of the Terms may prove to be illegal or unenforceable pursuant to any statute or rule of law or for any other reason that provision is deemed omitted without affecting the legality of the remaining provisions and the remaining provisions of the Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

PRESSURE POT MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS

Pressure pots, as with all pressure vessels, require routine preventative maintenance tasks.

• Keep safety and blow off valves clean and perform regular tests to confirm proper operation. The instructions indicate blow off safety pressure setting be at 60psi, however for additional safety reasons the blow off pressure has been reset to 40psi and we recommend that this be the maximum normal setting.

• Do not over tighten pot lid securing clamps otherwise premature failure of gasket will result. Tighten thumb screws evenly by adjusting opposing screws simultaneously.

• Pot pressure is recommended at 10psi, normally 5psi is sufficient to force product to the gun head. It is recommended to install larger ID fluid hose for heavy viscosity material ( i.e. 12mm ID for zinc primer).

• Keep pressure gauge clean and regularly confirm working operation.• A good method of keeping the pot clean is to cover with a large plastic bag during work time to prevent overspray.• When spraying product such as glue, the removal of the mesh filter (where fitted) is recommended.• Always release air in pot through regulator prior to removing supply air line. Do not over fill pot as paint can be

drawn into air way when disconnecting air supply causing damage to regulator. • A responsible person should be entrusted to regularly carry out these tasks and a log kept on maintenance

performed.

The use of incorrect oil as a lubricator can cause poor tool performance and gumming of the air motor. Use only the correct air tool oil and lubricate after every use. Adequate air flow is important for the correct operation of air tools.

Tools that have large air motors or high RPM rates consume large volumes of air. Sanders, some impact wrenches and die grinders are among these tools.

Ensure you have an adequate size air filter for the tool you are running and make sure air flow is not restricted through blocked filters and worn air fittings.

10 AIR IMPACT WRENCHESImpact wrenches are specifically designed to remove stubborn nuts and bolts. Quoted torque ratings are stated for reverse mode where most power is required. Most air tools are designed to run at 90psi. Running air tools at higher pressure will only result in a marginal increase in power but will drastically shorten the life of the tool. To achieve the best performance of impact tools the installation of adequate diameter air line, high flow fittings and filters are required. Although many impact wrenches have a high actual air consumption they are generally only run in short bursts giving the compressor time to recharge. As such smaller air compressors are able to support high air consumption impact wrenches.

SANDING / POLISHING / CONDITIONING CONSUMABLES

Workquip and Mako Abrasives® provides a full range of high quality, cost effective abrasive products and consumables to fit the GnG range of air tools. PAD & ARBOR

50mm and 75mm interface drive pads for all twist lock consumables. 1/4” shaft. Recommended for use on angled die grinders.

CERAMIC TWIST LOCK

Longer lasting, quicker and cooler cutting. Ceramic discs perform well on all metal surfaces, especially stainless steel. Available in 50mm and 75mm.

CONDITIONING DISC

Non aggressive surface reconditioning. Suitable for gasket removal, and metal polishing.

CERAMIC SANDING

Longer lasting, quicker and cooler cutting. Most efficient method of preparing (grinding) metal surfaces. Available in 100mm, 115mm and 125mm discs.

STRIP & CLEAN WHEEL

Suitable for light rust surface preparation. Highly effective for paint removal. Cool operating without damaging the surface substrate. For use on metal and wood.

NON WOVEN WHEEL

Used for surface preparation with 100mm angle grinders. Removes fine scratches prior to polishing. Recommended for stainless steel.

Used for surface preparation, when precision is required or for tighter working areas. Available as a 10 piece set.
