Human Resource managers direct the administrative functions of an organization which includes overseeing employee relations, regulatory compliance, and employee related services such as payroll, training, and benefits.
Job Responsibilities Plan and coordinate an organization’s workforce
Link an organization’s management with its employees handling questions, administering employee services, and resolving work-
related problems
Advise managers on organizational policies
Oversee an organization’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
Coordinate and supervise the work of specialists and support staff
Handle staffing issues mediating disputes, firing employees, and directing disciplinary procedures
