Global Unity Reward System Announcement (Revised Version 1)

In order to keep the business operation and marketing run stable in a long-term period, company

had taken the marketing leaders suggestions into consideration, and made such modifications.

1. Referral BonusReferral bonus has been modified, membersfirst generation generates 20% bonus, and the

second up to sixth generation generates 3% bonuses.

Every New 2000 package received first referral bonus of 380, 400 package received first referral

bonus of 60;

After Repurchase:

All Repurchase account owner will receive the first referral bonus, sponsor can only gain indirect

referral bonus.

First repurchase: 2000 package gains 285 points for first generation bonus, 400 package gains 57points for first generation bonus;

Second repurchase: 2000 package gains 190 points for first generation bonus, 400 package gains

38 points for first generation bonus;

HIGH as 21 levels points, each unit worth 3 points, comparing with the old plan s 6 point/ unit

and only receive 15 levels, the new one can generate 6 levels higher, and new plan can help

member maximum bonus goes up to 12,582,906 points.

When global unity pension bonuses achieves 25 points or above, there will be a 5% operationfee charged:

4. Global consumption bonus 3*7 has been canceled.5. Referral Bonus, Binary Matching bonus and leadership bonus are still generated same to the

original plan, 80% of bonus generates into e-wallet, 20% generates into p-wallet.

6. RepurchaseRepurchase plan has been modified:

First repurchase 100 times, every time it generates 12 points into e-wallet and 16 points into p-

wallet;

Second repurchase 100 times, every time it generates 8 points into e-wallet and 16 points into

p-wallet;

Third repurchase 100 times, every time it generates 6 points into e-wallet.

7. When purchase new Global Unity 2000, members can use 1200 points (60%) from e-wallet, andfor the remaining balance $800 (40%), please wire it into company required bank account.

When purchase new Global Unity 400, members can use 240 points (60%) from e-wallet, and for

the remaining balance $160 (40%), please wire it into company required bank account as well.

8. Regarding with withdrawing information, company is negotiating with local banks, trying toincrease the withdrawn amount monthly.

9. Kingdom Trading platform is currently closed, after system modification finished, it can bereused. Ecash points gained through fixed bonus in kingdom trading can be transferred back or

stayed in the kingdom trading platform.

10.Global Unity card points are open for trading. Members can trade them by putting an order.Company will charge 5% operation fee as an intermediary. The bundled Global Unity cards

required the same name as Global Unity account.

This operation shall start on 3/16/2014, Kingdom Trading platform is currently closed for service.
