Visa ApplicaRon and LogisRcs Arrangement AIESEC members take care of the

majority of the logis:cal arrangements,

such as visa processing, airport pick-up,

accommoda:on set-up, cultural

integra:on, and on-going evalua:ons &

AIESEC’s culture, the candidate is

1 Job Ques:onnaire &

Agreement Signing

Upon agreement by the company to take up AIESEC’s Global Talent, the

company will be required to fill up the criteria for the trainee(s) and to sign the

agreement

2 Global Sourcing for

Candidates

AIESEC Hong Kong will promote the traineeship(s) on its internal membership

database and perform an ini:al prescreening of the candidates2 - 3 weeks

3 Interviews by Company

AIESEC Hong Kong will provide and connect about 5-8 shortlisted candidates

to the company. Interviews will be arranged between the candidates and the

company

1 week

4 Candidate Confirma:on The company will confirm the final candidate with AIESEC Hong Kong 1⁄2 week

5 Ini:al Billing of

Administra:on Fee

Ajer the candidate is selected, AIESEC Hong Kong will prepare an ini:al billing

for the first half of the Administra:on Fee, which includes the services of the

candidate sourcing

Issue in the same week

that the trainee is

selected

6 Applica:on of

Training Visa

AIESEC Hong Kong will facilitate in collec:ng and submikng the needed visa

applica:on documents on behalf of the trainee4-6 weeks

7 Recep:on of Trainee

Following the AIESEC trainee’s flight confirma:on, AIESEC Hong Kong will start

sourcing for accommoda:on, in addi:on to airport pick-up and ongoing cultural

integra:ons ac:vi:es

3 weeks before the

arrival of trainee and

on-going

8 Final billing for

Administra:on Fee

Ajer the trainee has commenced work at the company’s office, AIESEC Hong

Kong will perform a final billing of the second half of the Administra:on Fee

9 Reviews

During the first week, mid-point, and conclusion of the traineeship, expecta:on

sekng mee:ngs and reviews will be conducted between the company, the

trainee(s) and AIESEC Hong Kong to assess the partnership and service

provided

traineeship
