• China: China’s economy continues to recover, the PMI in July rose to a 4 month increment compared to last months

• Australia: Local government of Victoria announced stage 4 of lockdown for Melbourne area and surrounding country areas (curfew began in Aug 2 from 8pm to 5am)

• Philippines: Metro Manila, along with nearby provinces such as Laguna, Cavite, Rizal and Bulacan will be back to modified enhanced community quarantine for 2 weeks starting from Aug 4. Curfew from 8pm to 5am with only one person per household allowed out for essential goods

• Vietnam: facing a 2nd wave of COVID-19 outbreak, it started in Da Nang, which ended the 99 days zero local transmission in VN

• Singapore: is in Phase 2 of re-opening with most business resume normal while WFH and mandatory safe distancing at workplace are still in place

• Hong Kong: reported 115 new infections on Aug 3 with total 1517 infections as of today

• Air Freight: Charters available

• Ocean Freight: Available capacity

• Rail/Ground: Export shipments available, but limited for

some countries

• China: domestic passenger flights resumed 80% compared to

before COVID-19 outbreak in China in February. PVG resumes

87% and Hongqiao airport reached 95%
