MEMBER LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT Club boards have the task to manage each member actively during its Zonta Life! New members need information, welcoming and onboarding support, mentoring Existing members need to be activated and feel active club participation, friendship and attention, encouragement, recognition Very motivated members need to be trained and convinced to take a Zonta leader role in their club or elsewhere in the organisation Even leavers may still promote Zonta. Stay in touch!

RECRUITMENT BOOST: NEW MEMBERS, CLUBS
• The ZI objective is to achieve a five percent growth in global membership and one new club per district
• If every club recruits at least one new additional member – we will have 1100 new members!
• If every district adds at least one more club - we will have 480 new members
• This would give a total net increase of around 1600 members!
