TOP 25 AGENDA RAIL Operating SystemGCC 5 Step Process
TOP 25RAILs in work with high priority
Status is provided at every face to face meeting for the complete Top 25 list.
FOLLOW UPActions to be updated at every face to face meeting.
When RAILs are ongoing or continuous
NEWIssues brought forward to Honeywell by customers including but not limited to:
Status of a subset of the Top 25 list presented during teleconferences. Top 25 RAILs are presented internally at Honeywell to Sr Leadership on a monthly basis to review progress.
When RAILs are ongoing or continuous improvement efforts, Honeywell may recommend to close RAILs when adequate tools are created, progress is sufficient and plans to complete are in placecustomers, including but not limited to:
Entry into service.Aftermarket or service related difficulties.Top OEM and OEM Advisory Board Issues.

Industry surveys, etc. QUEUERails in works awaiting priority to move into top 25.
CLOSEDItems are closed, actions finished
When Honeywell believes RAIL scope and actions are completed, Honeywell
GCC members review the One Rail List during face to face meetings and provide Honeywell with their Top Priority Queue Rails by Rail category.
recommends the item be closed at the next meeting opportunity. Members will be asked to either agree to close or raise any issues/concerns as to why the RAIL must remain open.
