Environmental test performed with following configuration variations:• C5 missing• C2-008 non-flight installed in place of C2-020
Delivery configuration notes:• Kapton and poron foam as per LAT-DS-00722
• 4 layers of Poron foam 0.037 THK used on Bottom and Top Tray (–X) side (in place of 5 layers)

Tower 15 – Open NCRsTower 15 – Open NCRs
• INFN/PI-589: environmental test in non-flight configuration– the environmental tests were performed with a missing cable (C5) and 1 non-flight cables
(C2), as agreed by an MRB
– Full flight set provided after environmental test and installed before delivery
– the NCR can be closedthe NCR can be closed
• INFN/PI-590: cold/hot power off/on not performed– The problem is due to a known and documented issue with resetting MCM (NCR 417) with
missing cables– To avoid the many and unknown number of power cycle needed to re-establish a good
configuration with as many readable layers as possible, hot/cold switch on and off were not performed
– Update SLAC waiver LAT-XR-07340 to include tower 15?
– the NCR can be closedthe NCR can be closed
• INFN/PI-586: Vacuum level out of specification– The situation is similar to earlier TVAC tests and the proposal is to accept the test as for
previous MRBs
– Tower 8 performed TVAC test together with tower 15 and its relative NCR was closed during tower 8 preship review on 10/5

Fluctuation are due to noisy channels
