Gifts That Count Perfect presents for all occasions - helping the students at Kisima Kisima Mixed Secondary School is a free residential school located in Nyahururu, Kenya. The school offers high quality teaching to young people who are academically promising but who come from disadvantaged backgrounds with no money for school fees. There are no free secondary schools in the country and therefore Kisima helps meet the need for more accessible education in Kenya. Many Kenyan communities have grown dependent on relief agencies, removing the initiative for individuals to improve their own livelihood. By educating and therefore empowering young people, Kisima facilitates students to become a resource for their family and transform these dependent communities. The school provides not only academic education but Christian teaching and fellowship which nurtures character and truly equips the young to face the future with confidence. ‘Equipping the young to face the future with confidence’ Gifts That Count is an inspiring way to give to friends, family and Kisima. This brochure is full of items requested by staff at Kisima. Simply choose a present from the brochure, pay by cheque or online and the gift will be donated to Kisima School.
