Permaroof Staff Training

Stroma are providing two pieces of software to Permaroof UK Limited

Tracker -

Forms App -



Tracker

Workflow Manager Software – to keep a track of your customers warranty requests, survey forms and customer sign off sheets.



Forms App

Data collection software – enables Permaroof customers to collect photos, videos, signatures, text and other data on site.



Why?

To improve the standard of install of Permaroof products.The reduce customer complaints directly to Permaroof.To reduce paperwork for back office.To improve Customer Service and your Customer’s Customer Service.



Forms App – Your customers need to register atwww.stroma.com/permaroof-form.



Forms App – They will click on “My Forms” to bringUp the Form Record Screen.



Forms App – Complete the Property Address detailsby typing in postcode, selecting the country and Clicking on the magnifying glass.



Forms App – Forms for completion will appear on the left hand side. Text, Photos, Videos & Signaturescan all be gathered.



Forms App – Once the form is complete, press submit.



Forms App – Your customer see this confirmation &the completed form appears in your Tracker system.



Tracker – Please Log In (Your details have been sent to you)



Tracker – There are two ways to access info, either per property or per customer or form.



Tracker – Click on “Properties” along the top, and then “Property Search” on the left hand side. Then complete the postcode and select from the list.



Tracker – From this screen you can see Forms, Appointments, Correspondence, Documents and Contacts for this property (left hand side of the screen). Click on an option.



Tracker – Click on Forms along the top, and then the Forms button on the left hand side.



Tracker – This screen will list all types of Permaroof Form Click on each form to bring up details per Customer or Address



Tracker – A new form can be started and sent to a user by clicking “New Form” & entering the property details.



Tracker – This can then be sent to a customer’s tablet for completion
