Sanctify Ourselves – We must purge ourselves of filthiness. Sanctification is God’spassage into our lives (Exodus 19:5). Our cleanliness is important. We must clean up ifwe want God to show up (Joshua 3:5). It is also possible to appear before God withoutseeing God so we must be clean and be prepared to meet with Him (Zechariah 3:1-8).Sin invites satan, but sanctification invites God (Isaiah 6:5-6). Sanctification will bring usinto spiritual alignment with God. Sanctification can be through the blood of Jesus(Hebrews 9:14). It can also be achieved by the power of the Holy Ghost, and it can comethrough prayers (Luke 2:9).

Clearly define your mission for attending Shiloh 2020 - Without a defined mission, there will be a deviation (Revelation 1:9; Matthew 6:22).

Be Spiritually alert - We should assume the position of a spiritual hunter becausewhere we stand and how we start defines what we see and hear (Revelation 1:10;Revelation 4:1). We must create a moment of quietness around ourselves (1 Kings 19:11).

Be fervent in prayer - Every moment we get should be a moment of prayer (Luke 3:21-22). Every time someone engages in prayer, the heavens open (Luke 9:35). Ferventprayer is required to experience a turnaround encounter.

WHY MUST WE GET SET?We need to get set to be prepared for what God has in store for us (1 Corinthians 2:9). Godis already prepared for us (1 Corinthians 3:21; Luke 14:17). The level of our preparation placeslimits on our turnaround encounter. When we are prepared, God is ready, and satandisappears. Anyone who does not get their needs met needs to query their preparedness.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO GET PREPARED FOR A TURNAROUND ENCOUNTER?

GETTING SET FOR A TURNAROUND

ENCOUNTER

SHILOH 2020 - TURNAROUND ENCOUNTER

And Joshua said unto the people, sanctifyyourselves: for tomorrow the Lord will do wondersamong you (Joshua 3:5). God does not visit Hispeople without notice and only those who get setwill go far and will reach their goals (Exodus 19:10-16). Our preparation is what makes the differencebetween where we all finish our races in life. Noamount of preparation is too much (Amos 4:12).

We have a turnaround FatherWe have a turnaround SaviourWe have a turnaround Holy Ghost

At redemption, we have a turnaround Saviour called Jesus (Luke 7:14; John 11:44; Mark 4:41;Luke 5:26; Mark 2:12). The Holy Ghost is a turnaround Spirit (Isaiah 41:17-18; Isaiah 44:3-4;John 14:16-17; Acts 4:13). The Holy Ghost also dwells in us (Ephesians 2:19). Every child of Godis a member of the Church and Jesus is the head of the Church (Genesis 30:27; Genesis39:5). Every child of God is also redeemed as a turnaround agent for the world (Daniel 11:32).We are the light of the world and we are redeemed to do exploits (Matthew 5:13). God’sturnaround agenda is not a one-off event, it is ordained to be a continuous encounter forHis children (Deuteronomy 2:3; Proverbs 4:18). God’s sudden visitation demands a promptresponse for delivery (Genesis 17:23; John 5:4). Every Apostolic grace is available towhosoever is interested (Galatians 1:16; 1 Kings 19:20). It is important for us to moveimmediately when God speaks or else, we will be removed.

THREE KEY POINTS TO NOTE ABOUT OUR TURNAROUND ROOTS1.2.3.

UNDERSTANDINGYOUR TURNAROUND

ROOTSBISHOP DAVID O. OYEDEPO

We serve a covenant-keeping God and not a FatherChristmas god. At redemption, God becomes ourFather. We serve a turnaround God (Genesis 1:3;Genesis 21:2; 2 Chronicles 20:22; Psalm 126:1).

SHILOH 2020 TURNAROUND ENCOUNTER

The life of Jesus (Luke 9: 28-29) - The altar of prayer brought about vivid and visiblechanges in the life of Jesus with an upgrade in authority as well as a shift in power (Act19:15; Ephesians 3:13).The Apostles (Acts 4:29-33) - Don’t complain about the situation, instead, change yourdimension of operation. Jacob - His name was changed to Israel on the altar of prayer (Genesis 32:24; Isaiah 9:8).Moses - He was transformed and became a force to be reckoned with (Exodus 34:27).David (1 Samuel 30:6-9; 19-21; 2 Samuel 5:19) – The altar of prayer turned his losses intorestoration. He fought the most battles and never lost one. When we live a life ofprayer, we cannot live a life of defeat.

Define your expectation - Prayer without expectation ends in frustration (Proverbs23:18). Where there is no expectation, there is no visitation. Anchor your desire on God’s word (1 John 4:14; Hebrew 6:17) - God is committed to whatHe says. Engage your heart to approach God (Jeremiah 30;21; Jeremiah 17:10). Engage your faith on the altar of prayer (Matthew 21 - 22) - Where faith is present, Godis responsive. Engage the power of thanksgiving to secure the answer - Enter into His presence andexit with praise (Psalm 11:4; Philippians 4:6).

Sanctification (John 9:31; Isaiah 59:2). Have a heart for God (Romans 8:28).

with the addition of salt (Psalm 126:1; Ezekiel 21:27) The intervention of God turnseverything into miracles (2 Corinthians 3:18).

PLATFORMS OF PRAYERIt is our access to the altar of prayer that gives us access to vivid encounters with God(Genesis 4:26). The bible recorded examples of turnaround that was provoked by prayers:

ENCOUNTERS

SHILOH 2020 - TURNAROUND ENCOUNTER

We have a turnaround heritage in Christ; we areturnaround agents on the earth (2 Corinthians 5:17;Matthew 5:13). The two sources that are vital toturnaround are light and salt. When God was goingto create the world, the first thing He created waslight and from there everything experienced aturnaround. Also, any finished food is turned around

ENCOUNTERSPASTOR PAUL ENENCHE

The word brings not just revelations but “energisation” to guarantee a turnaround.

Peter (Luke 5:5-6) - Instant turnaround at the point of the word.Wedding in Cana of Galilee - (John 2:5). Daniel - The captivity of Israel would have continued but Daniel stood on the wordin the book of Jeremiah (Daniel 9:2; Jeremiah 29:10).

It brings correction (2Timothy 3:16). It brings direction (Psalm 111:105) - Direction cures stagnation. It brings restoration (Luke 15:8).It brings illumination (John 1:1-5).It brings distinction (Mathew 16:13-17) - The word of God makes us stand out in theworld. It brings elevation - To be lighted is to be lifted and shifted in life.It brings a revolution. It brings purifications (Psalm 119:9 & 11; John 15:3). It brings impartation of spiritual firepower (Ezekiel 2:2; John 6:63; Jeremiah 20:9; Job6:25).It brings liberation (Psalm 105:17; 107:20). When our word comes, our chain breaks.

Meekness (James 1:21; 25:9).Uprightness (James 21:1).Function with excitement (Psalm 119:162).Pray for light and insight (Psalm 119:18; 43:3).Make enquiries (John 14:6; Jeremiah 6:16).Possess an attitude of expectancy.Document what you see (Revelations 1:11; Mark 24:4).Be desperate (Hosea 6:3).Engage the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 2:9; John 16:13).Engage the blood mystery (Luke 24: 30-31).Align with the ministry of anointed teachers (Acts 8:31).

Every upward change in the life of a believer will always require the force of faith (2Corinthians 5:7) - In the kingdom of God, we can only walk by faith. At the age of 75,Abraham was still living in his father's house, but he stood his ground in faith andbecame the father of many nations. He also became rich (Genesis 12:1). Likewise,Winners Chapel International is a ministry which is faith-based, so the subject of faith isa life-long course.

No one can tell how real God is until his/her faith in the word of God comes alive - Ourfaith in God’s word must come alive to encounter turnaround. Thomas refused tobelieve until he saw Jesus because the word of Jesus to him did not come alive in him.(John 20:25; 1Samuel 3:21).

All the heroes of bible days are men and women of diverse encounters with Godthrough their faith and we can see this recorded in the Bible (Hebrew 11:7-40).Therefore, to encounter God, our faith must be in place (Luke 5:4-5, Luke 5:10). Fortoiling to cease, obedience is key (2 King 25:29). We must engage our faith toencounter turnaround in Shiloh 2020.

Go for the word - The scripture makes it very clear that faith comes from hearing andby the word of God (Romans 10:17). To enjoy turnaround, we cannot do without the

A turnaround is an abrupt and rapid positive change. It is something rapid, speedy, supernatural and sudden. To encounter turnaround, we are required to engage with ourfaith. Faith makes the invisible God real to the believer. Moses endured and he saw Godwho is invisible (Hebrews 11:27). Although Abraham’s body was dead, he believed God andhe experienced a turnaround (Romans 4:17). According to Kenneth E. Hagin in one of hisbooks, faith changes hope into reality. When we believe God’s word, the reality of the worddawns on us. Faith, therefore, is the determining factor of anyone’s status in the kingdomof God.

WHY FAITH IS IMPORTANT FOR OUR TURNAROUND ENCOUNTER?

WHAT MUST I DO TO ENGAGE FAITH FOR TURNAROUND ENCOUNTERS?

ENGAGING YOUR FAITHFOR TURNAROUND

ENCOUNTER

SHILOH 2020 - TURNAROUND ENCOUNTER

It is vital to understand that turnaround encountersare real and that God specialises in orchestratingencounters for His children. Shiloh is an encounterground! However, the just shall live and enjoyturnaround encounters by faith (Hebrews 10:38;Hebrews 11:8).

Page 7: GETTING SET FOR A TURNAROUND · PASTOR PAUL ENENCHE The word brings not just revelations but “energisation” to guarantee a turnaround. Peter (Luke 5:5-6) - Instant turnaround

Secure God’s voice - The voice of God impacts faith. We cannot hear God and doubtHim (Psalm 29:4). One of the prayers to declare is “Lord give me hearing ears andseeing eyes.” God’s servant, Bishop Oyedepo, heard God’s voice at a conference ofKenneth E. Hagin and the baton was passed over to him. When he came back fromthat conference, what he heard was evident (Acts 22:7; Exodus 7:1).

word of God. We must locate God’s word for our specific situation because theentrance of His word brings light. When the light comes, turnaround is inevitable (Acts6:4; Psalm 119:130; Acts 22:7; Jeremiah 15:16). Therefore, refuse to give up. Hold on to theword of God for you.

In conclusion, faith is in measures and the good news is that we can grow our faith. Themajor weapon to grow our faith is the word of God. Every situation is reversible by faith. So, believe God and put your faith on the line, refuse to quit, because it is usually darkestbefore dawn.

BISHOP DAVID O. OYEDEPO

HOW TO BUILD YOURFAITH CAPACITY

Our love for God - Love provides a platform for unlimited access to revelations andfaith grows by the spiritual understanding of the truth. Revelation is being able to seewhat God is saying. Nobody ever doubts what he is seeing (Isaiah 2:1). There is the wordwe see and the word we hear. When we hear it, we are informed but when we see it,we are transformed (Genesis 13:15). Be in love and stay in love with Jesus. We mustkeep growing in our love for God. He keeps revealing Himself to us from His word(John 15:15). Behind every scripture is the voice of God. The voice of God bringsrevelations and the larger our heart for God, the greater our access to revelation.

Be a student of the word of faith – We build our faith by learning at the feet of ordainedand accredited faith masters (Romans 10:8; Romans 10: 14; Daniel 9:2; Revelation 3:17). Itgreatly helps when we buy books consciously by those who have proved the word offaith from the bible. These authors tell us what they found for our easy comprehension(2 Timothy 4:13).

We need meekness to learn - We can't enlist in God’s school without meekness. Godwill only teach and guide the meek His ways (Matthew 11:29; Luke 16:29; Psalm 25:9;Exodus 33:12).

accredited and ordained faith masters, who are also graduates of ordained faith mastersbefore them or else you can't grow your faith (Ephesians 4:11-13; Romans 10:15). You canonly receive it from those who have it and you cannot give what you do not have (Isaiah5:13; Hosea 4:13). Furthermore, what you don't know, you don’t know and what you won'tlearn, you can't know. Our faith capacity must change levels to match the encounters Godhas for us. We do not wait for faith to grow; we have to build it (Isaiah 5:13; Hosea 4:13). If wedesire church growth, we must learn at the feet of those who know and register at theirschool to acquire it. It will change our perspective and our positioning. In any area we havechallenges, we can pick a book written by authors who are successful in that same area.Everything about life thrives on knowledge (1 Corinthians 8:2; John 14:12). Giants of faith arebuilt by renewed value for knowledge. There are many encounters God has reserved forus, but our faith is not developed enough to carry it. We need to take responsibility inbuilding our faith because we need the capacity to receive and once we receive, wepursue. Our faith capacity must change levels and be consciously cultivated, withoutassumptions to maximise any encounter God has in store for us.

HOW TO ENHANCE OUR FAITH CAPACITY?

It is wise to follow those who have obtained the promises of God. Our encounters can onlybe maximised by building our faith and learning by enlisting in the school of faith underGod accredited and ordained faith masters. Choose to learn the word of faith under a faithmaster today and see God expose you to Divine Encounters.

Our level of faith is what determines the quality of our lives (Habakkuk2:2). Faith is a virtue that demands personal responsibility by everyonethat desires to see it grow. Faith comes by hearing and understandingthe word (Acts 8:35). You have to enlist in the school of faith under

ENGAGING THE MASTER KEY TOA WORLD OF SUPERNATURAL

TURNAROUND

SHILOH 2020 - TURNAROUND ENCOUNTER

Abraham - He loved and obeyed God and was called God’s friend (Isaiah 41:8). He hadconsistent encounters with God (Genesis 12:1-4; Genesis 13:14-15; Genesis 15:1; Genesis17:1-2; Genesis 18:1; Genesis 21:1; Genesis 22:1-2).Moses - He loved the oppressed and God (Deuteronomy 34:10-12; Numbers 16:1-3). Hewas committed to following and God led him in all his ways (Isaiah 48:17).Paul - He loved God so much and was used mightily by God to author several books inthe New Testament (2 Corinthians 12:1; Galatians 2:2; Acts 16:7-9).David - He loved God and in turn, God confided in him (1 Samuel 13:14; 2 Samuel 5:18-19;2 Samuel 30:8; Acts 2:30).Solomon – He had a testimony that he loved God (1 Kings 3:3-7; 1 Corinthians 2:9; 1 Kings4: 34; 1 Kings 10:6-8). He later deviated from his love for God. He is proof that the onlything that sustains turnaround encounters is staying and growing in love.Daniel – (Daniel 5:11; Daniel 6:10; Songs of Solomon 8:6).

is a right way to stand to receive from God. Obedience to scriptural instructions is requiredto be well-positioned for supernatural encounters. The word of God is made up of 75%instructions and 25% principles (2 Timothy 3:16). If we cannot take instructions, then we donot have a place in God’s kingdom. Also, if we cannot be corrected, then we cannot beguided by God. However, when we apply instructions from the word of God, our Christianwalk becomes beautiful (Deuteronomy 28:1; John 5:30; Philippians 2:9). Divine encounterscome mainly as instructions. Every instruction from God matters in defining our future.God’s turnaround agenda for us is not a one-off event but a continuous occurrence untilJesus returns (Psalm 126:4; Proverbs 4:18; 1 Corinthians 13:10). If we choose to remain in thefamily of the justified, we will not stop changing levels (1 Corinthians 6:9-11; Romans 6:1-2; 1Corinthians 15:19; 1 John 3:7). The fear of God will ensure our continuous flight in God’skingdom (Genesis 42:18; Daniel 6: 5-6).

Every believer is called by God. However, only the lovers of God are qualified for a life ofcontinuous and unending turnarounds (Ephesians1:4; Romans 8:28-29; John 14:21). God iscommitted to manifesting Himself to His lovers. The bible is full of references of those wholoved God and had proofs of supernatural encounters.

God reveals Himself to those who love Him. As believers, we have been pledged as a brideto Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 11:2; Revelation 21:9). When our creator becomes our husband, our turnaround is forever (Isaiah 54:2-5; Psalms 66:7; Psalms 45:6). Our love for God is themaster key that makes us great men and women in the kingdom (Matthew 22:37-38;Matthew 10:37-38). When we love God above all else, we are entitled to turnaroundencounters because we are the apple of His eye (Zechariah 2:8; John 14:21). Love is a choiceand not a gift. Choose to give God your heart always and you will become a living wonder(Proverbs 23:26; Ephesians 5:29; Psalm 22:28).

There are some encounters that we experience which become areference point because of their impact and proofs. However, wecannot have an encounter by sitting down (Habakkuk 2:1-2). There

Spirit of Holiness (Romans 1:4) – We must be disciplined and morally upright to walkwith the Holy Spirit. He is called to teach us all things that are right. He is the Spirit ofthe fear of the Lord and He sanctifies our conscience. Spirit of Truth (John 8:44) – The truth sets us free and prepares us for a divineencounter.Spirit of Faith – Our faith is powerful, but the Holy Spirit is the one in control.Spirit of Grace and Supplication – Grace is what makes us great. Grace andsupplication are what gives utterances (Romans 8:26).Spirit of Love – Our love for God makes the love for our neighbour to become awalkover.Spirit of Excellence – He operates in seven dimensions and all of this was found inJesus (Luke 4:18; Isaiah 11:2; Isaiah 32:11-15).Spirit of Wisdom Spirit of Counsel – When we are confronted with many choices, He leads and counselsus to the point where we experience turnaround results.

Be born again – We must remove the works of the flesh. Understand that we have our root in destiny from Him - Our redemption is enabled bythe Holy Spirit. We must acknowledge that we are helpless without Him (Romans 8:14) - Before wetake any step, we must obtain directions from Him.Seek for His baptism – We must desire to speak in new tongues with the help of theHoly Ghost.Believe in repeated empowerment - Our belief is what guarantees continuousempowerment (Acts 4:30-31).Fellowship with Him - The Holy Spirit enjoys our interaction and communications (2Corinthians 3:14).Walk in the Spirit (Galatians 5:25). We must avoid being carnal but have anunderstanding of where we are coming from (Revelation 1:10).

right from our mother’s womb (The Holy Spirit). The Holy Spirit is an engaging Spirit, andHe is also our guide. He is the power base of Jesus (Luke 3:21-23). The Acts of the Apostlesare the acts of the Holy Spirit. People with a carnal mind cannot commit the Holy Spirit forHe only dwells in the heart of the righteous. The Holy Spirit is invisible, yet He controls thevisible. He dwells in our spirit, soul and body. Once the Holy Spirit resides in us, He takescharge and works to bring a turnaround testimony for us.

WHY SHOULD WE SECURE OUR TURNAROUND ENCOUNTER?We must secure our turnaround encounter because only then can we guarantee toexperience a turnaround testimony. The Holy Spirit is relevant in everything that concernsa believer and appears to anyone who cares to seek Him. This is because the Holy Spirit is -

WHAT MUST WE DO TO FULLY ENGAGE THE HOLY SPIRIT FOR OUR TURNAROUND?

God turned around the challenges of the earth from thebeginning of time (Genesis 1:1-2). This is confirmation that the HolySpirit is committed to performing a turnaround in our lives. Wemust consult and engage with the Spirit of the One who knows us

TURNAROUND ENCOUNTER AT SHILOH –OMOYA JIDE P.

I serve in the Winners Chapel choir andhave desired a turnaround encounter inmy life for a while. During the 2019 Shilohprayer hour, I prayed saying I wanted towork like an ant but be blessed like anelephant. However, God corrected me bystating I should pray to work stress-freeand see maximum profit in everything I do.I shared this revelation with my choirmembers and ran with the prophetic word.God turned everything around in my lifefor the better. My landlord increased myrent in August and threatened to evict me,but God showed up that same month. Godgave me a land which I built a house on. Healso established me with a new businessidea which is yielding profits. To God alonebe all the glory.

DIVINE TURNAROUND IN CAREER ANDMARRIAGE - PRECIOUS O.

Before I joined Winners ChapelInternational, I experienced a lot ofhardship. I finished my universityeducation but had no academic results forover four years. My results were eitherseized or missing. I also belong to a familyof six daughters and none of us weremarried. It looked as though there was amarital siege in my family. A friend invitedme to this church in 2014 and by Shiloh2015 I had an encounter with God. Ireceived my results, completed myNational Youth Service and I am nowgloriously married. One of my sisters alsogot married in the same year.

DIVINE HEALING - OLAYEDE O.Some years ago, I was at work when Inoticed that I was unable to move. Myspinal cord had been damaged eventhough I never carried heavyweights, neither had I experienced any issues withmy spine. I had a surgery and wasbedridden for a while. I becameincontinent and was not able to attendmeetings at work due to the stench. Thiswent on for 20 years but at Shiloh 2019, Ireceived a word of healing from Proverbs23:18. I am now able to drive around andcontrol my bowels. Praise be to the God ofShiloh.

Receive the desire and spiritual gifts from the Holy Spirit.Be cautious and do not grieve the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 4:20-31).

Always remember that the Holy Spirit is the helper within us, and He abides with usforever.

Patience (James 5:11) – If we make a choice to serve God, we must exercise patience. Our race is a marathon, not a sprint (Mark 13:13). Patience is not what we have but whatwe obtain. Rewards for our service have a waiting time because when we serve God,our uplifting never goes missing. Our possessions are secure, but we must exercisepatience (Luke 21:19). We must be students of patience (James 5:7). Everything of valuetakes time to manifest. Job had challenges but he never stopped serving God (Romans8:25).Live for others to Live – Any service that does not touch others is fake (Job 29:11-17; John14:19). Giving has never made any man poor. If we desire to live in joy, we must not livefor ourselves alone but think of others (2Corinthians 12:15). Things to note about livingfor others include:

No soil can grow itself. No water can drink itself. No fruit can eat itself.

a person who knows the way and still miss the way (Job 1:1).

WHAT ARE THE COVENANT PLATFORMS FOR TURNAROUND ENCOUNTERS?

In our own capacity, we must treat others with love and respect. We must start fromwhere we are (Matthew 25:21-23). Wealth grows by giving out (Luke 2:19; Job 29:15-16).Giving rather than receiving leads to long term happiness. No poor person can be wealthyif they are not a giver (Luke 16:10-11). The reward of service is more service. God does notexpect our service to decrease. Therefore, we must keep serving until our time is over.Nothing should make us stop serving God as we learn to make ourselves available for thehelp of others. We must make sure we serve with all of our heart and God who is everfaithful, will reward us.

THERE IS REWARD IN SERVICE!

Our covenant fathers enjoyed turnaroundencounters through delightsome service (Joshua34:15; Jeremiah 6:16, Romans 15:4, Hebrews 6:12).They also served God with patience (Job 1:8). By an audible voice - Abraham, Moses and Jesus heard the voice of God. By hearingGod’s audible voice, Abraham became a transgenerational blessing (Genesis 12). Moseswas called to lead and Jesus our shepherd, was always instructed by God (John 5:30). By the voice of God in scriptures - The Bible is the documented voice of God in writing(Deuteronomy 28:1; 2 Timothy 3:16). The Bible is largely a book of instruction. No onefollows God’s instructions and remains on the floor. The more instructions (God’s word)we access, the higher we fly. No one’s journey is completed without following God’sinstructions for His voices causes us to fly continuously (Luke 16:12). When we areinstructed, we are energised. The instructions we follow will remain continuouslyprofitable to us. Following God’s instructions is what makes giants in life.

Identify our peculiar needs and enquire from the Lord without assumption - We mustmake instructions a creed. Identify the areas of need (Mark 10:17-21). There is an interestfrom God for those who ask questions (Acts 2:37; Acts 16:30-31). Salvation is availableand we receive it by following instructions. We must let our prayer follow an enquiry, sowe do not pray amiss. The more we enquire, the greater we become. We must avoidassumptions and make enquiries. We are limited by the enquiries we make. Therefore, the more we make, the more revelation we receive (2 Samuel 6:3). The subject ofinstructions can never be outgrown because we are dependent on God (1 Chronicles15:13). Instructions in scriptures are about following clear orders (Exodus 25).Search for answers in scriptures - When our heart is filled with desires to find answers, the answers are revealed (Job 36:3).Meditate on instructions – In so doing, we find out the details of what God wants us todo (1 Timothy 4:13).Embrace instruction, follow them consistently - The instruction to serve God is not aone-off but a continuous exercise (Proverb 4:13; Proverbs 8:10). Instructions will outliveeverything including silver and God. Many destinies die because they refusedinstructions.Don’t be weary of corrections – Several instructions come through corrections (2Timothy 3:16; Proverb 3:11-12).

obstruction. Only those who follow instructions go up in life (Deuteronomy 28:1). Thosewho follow instructions are protected for they are the makers of our destiny(Deuteronomy 32:8-14).

HOW DO INSTRUCTIONS COME?

Those who run, apply principles, but those who fly, follow instructions. If we want a newpage or a higher level, we must follow instructions.

HOW TO MAXIMISE SCRIPTURAL INSTRUCTIONS?

Our God is here to instruct us (Isaiah 48:17). God wants every one ofHis children to live a profitable life. Dryness is caused by a lack ofinstruction. Instructions are our highway out of destruction and

Beware of instruction despisers - We must be careful and avoid those who despiseinstructions (Proverbs 13:20).

The instructions may look too simple and illogical (John 2:5-8).The instructions look too hard to follow (Mark 10:21-30).The instructions look too slow (Galatians 6:9).The instructions appear too modern or smart for God (Jeremiah 6:16).

Instructions to be a soul winner (John 15:16) – This instruction is for our wellbeing.Instructions to be diligent (1 Samuel 16:19; Proverbs 22:29). David was a shepherd whobecame the King through his diligent service.Give – Give and it shall come back to you (Luke 6:38).

SHILOH 2020 TURNAROUND ENCOUNTER

When we are in love with Him, we flow effortlessly with no stress in revelation (John15:15) - As long as we remain in love, the flow is continuous, and we begin to access themind of God without stress. This is because of God’s covenant commitment to Hisfriends. When we are in love with God, we manifest unusual passion for the interest of HisKingdom - The zeal of His house consumes us naturally (Psalm 69:9; John 2:17;Philippians 1:21, 1 Corinthian 9:16). Our passion for soul stays alive (John 21:15-16; John3:16; 1 John 3:18; Romans 8:28, Romans 1:16, Psalm 119:46; Mark 8:38). When we are inlove with Jesus, we identify with Him shamelessly. Without an authenticated love forGod, the struggle continues. If we love God, we would love His house and fellowship(Psalm 122:1; Psalm 16:11; Zephaniah 3:17).When we love Him, our giving to the advancement of God’s kingdom becomes a vitalproof (2 Corinthians 8:8; 1 John 3:17; 1 Chronicles 29:9; 1 John 4:21). Delightsomeobedience becomes our way of life (John 14:21; Exodus 3:14; Psalm 112:1-3). If we loveGod, an addiction to His words becomes our lifestyle. Serving God would then becomea delight (Job 1:8; Job 42:10). With this in place, whatever affects others would not affectus. Forgiveness becomes our way of life. This means we would not let anyone’s offenceget God offended in us. We must let people go so God can let us go. God lovesforgiveness. When we are in love with God, it would generate answers to our prayers (1 Samuel30:8). Our love for God is validated in His presence and manifested in Joy.

FUNDAMENTAL PROOFS OF OUR LOVE FOR GOD The bible is complete in every subject matter (1 Thessalonian 5:21). How do we know if welove Jesus or not?

Why are we slow in getting our possessions in God?It is often because we do not love God and put Himfirst in our lives.

BISHOP DAVID O. OYEDEPO

Abraham - Abraham believed everything that God spoke about him and that faithallowed him to experience his turnaround encounter (Hebrews 11:27-28; 2 Samuel 18:3).Daniel - He was a die-hard believer of God and because of his faith, God delivered him(Daniel 6:23).

Genesis 26:2). Abraham had an encounter after coming in contact with God. The story wasthe same with Jacob, and God changed his name to Israel. These are some of theexamples of how their contact with God led to a turnaround encounter therebytransforming their lives for the better.

Encounters are characterised as an experience based on faith in the reality of God’spresence (Hebrews 11:6; Matthew 18:20). God is mighty in the midst of His people and Hispresence brings about the encounter (Zephaniah 3:17). The presence of God isunmatchable.

UNDERSTANDING FAITHFaith in God is the master key to encounter a divine turnaround. Faith is a mandatoryrequirement in setting the pace for a turnaround encounter. Our realisation of thepresence of God is the foundation for all encounters. Faith cannot be assumed; it must beconsciously engaged in the reality of God’s presence (Isaiah 25:6-8). Jesus Christ is thereality of life (1 John 1:1-3; Hebrews 11:6). We must believe in the Lord our God, and alsobelieve in His capacity to deliver (Acts 27:25; John 5:39-40; 2 Peter 1:5-6).

Our faith is also the identity of our redemption in Christ (Acts 6:7). Mary and her brotherLazarus were in love with Jesus, but they could only see the glory of God through faith(John 11:39-40). It is not enough to be in love, we must activate the manifestations of ourlove in life and this only happens by our faith in God (Romans 4:20).

OUR LOVE FOR GODWe cannot truly love God and not trust Him (1 Corinthians 13:7; Job 13:15). A proof that weare in love with God can be found in the genuine faith we have in Him. Faith in God isfundamental to having an encounter with Him. Love is a stimulant of faith (Galatians 5:6).Genuine love for God always stirs strong faith in men.

The Levites - God set them apart as perpetual priests (Exodus 32:26). They hadpreviously been cursed by their father Jacob, but God later separated them as priestsonto Himself forever because they chose to stand with God. This action annulled thecurse over their lives (Genesis 49: 27).

Phineas (Numbers 25:6-12) – He was the high priest who received a covenant of peacefor his generation because of his dedication and zeal for God.

David (1 Samuel 17:26; Psalm 132:1-5; Psalm 122:1; Psalm 4:1) – David dared the Philistines,he desired to build a house for God, and his heart panted after God. David through hisdedication became a prophet, singer, songwriter, warrior, instrumentalist and inventor(1 Chronicles 23:5; Amos 6:5). David became the reference King of Israel by dedication.

Zachariah and Elizabeth (Luke 1:5-7; Luke 1:11) - Despite the barrenness of Elizabeth hiswife, Zachariah remained at his duty post serving the Lord as a priest. If the frustrationwe experience does not stop our dedication, then our dedication will stop thefrustration.

John – He was a beloved follower of Jesus even to the foot of the cross when the otherdisciples disappeared (John 19:25-27). Jesus entrusted the welfare of His mother to theperson He found to be the most dedicated at that time. Jesus also showed Johneverything that would happen at the end of age. Furthermore, John enduredpersecution. He was cast in boiling oil, but he appeared somewhere else alive.

Dedication establishes the seal of divine ownership (Malachi 3:17-18) - There is abranding over us which warns the devil to keep off because we belong to God(Galatians 6:17).

Dedication brings distinction - It distinguishes and makes you stand out in life.It guarantees divine preservation (Malachi 3:17; Genesis 20:3).It is key to divine favour (Psalm 102:13-4). It is key to the blessing of God (Exodus 23:25).Dedication is key to divine health and vitality (John 15:2). Dedication brings deliverance in life (Exodus 4:22-23).Dedication is key to all-round fruitfulness (Exodus 23:26; Luke 1:5-14). Dedication is key to answered prayers (Psalm 102:13-17, John15:16). Dedication is key to the fulfilment of days (Exodus 23:26). Dedication is a gateway to honour and promotion in the Kingdom (Proverbs 27:18)Joshua was honoured for his dedication to God and service of the master (Numbers27:18-20). Dedication imparts ability and releases potential (1 Timothy 1:12). David walked inseveral realms by his dedication to God. Elisha probably carried the unction of almost athousand prophets.

Genuine passion and love for God – We must not be slothful in business but fervent inspirit, serving the Lord (Romans 12:11; Psalm 69:9).Genuine joy and excitement (Romans 14:17; Psalm 100:2) - Serve the Lord with gladness. Genuine fear and reverence for God - The fear of God is the strength of ourcommitment. Prompt and timely obedience to instructions - God spoke to Abraham and hedeparted promptly (Genesis 12:1-5; Genesis 22:3; Deuteronomy 28:1-2). Brutal commitment and total abandonment (Acts 20:20) – We must give it all it takesuntil it gives us all it contains in return.

Unashamed public representation of God’s kingdom - A good Christian testimony anda God-glorifying life in the eyes of the world (Daniel 6: 4-5; Mark 8:38) Kingdom advancement praying and intercession (Daniel 9:2; Matthew 6:10; Luke 2:36-37).Evangelism and soul-winning endeavours (John 15: 1-3, 16).Kingdom promotion giving and sacrifices - The centurion built a house for God byhimself (Luke 7:4-5; Psalm 132:1-5). Abraham - One encounter turned Abraham into a symbol of generational blessings(Genesis 12:1-3, Genesis 13:1-2, Genesis 14:14-20, Genesis 24:1). Abraham becamesynonymous with blessings on the basis of an encounter with God (Galatians 3:13-14;Isaiah 51:1-3).

Abraham - Abraham believed everything that God spoke about him and that faithallowed him to experience his turnaround encounter (Hebrews 11:27-28; 2 Samuel 18:3).Isaac - He had an encounter with God but prior to this, Isaac was only mentioned whenhe was born, when he was weaned and when he was married. Afterwards, somethingchanged in Isaac’s life. Isaac’s encounter with God made him to be envied by the Kingof the Philistines. The nations desired to make a covenant with Isaac (Genesis 26:16;Genesis 26:29). Encounters make life count, and we are children of promise like Isaac, but the promise cannot be realised until we have had an encounter with God. Jacob – He was a fugitive. As a man on the run, he seemed to have no identity (Genesis32:24-28). After Jacobs encounter, he was said to have power with God and with a man.He was converted from a man into a nation by one encounter. With God, Jacob’s storychanged him from one man to over three million people strong when the Israelites leftEgypt. Moses – He was raised in Pharaoh's house amongst royalty, but he understood he wasborn for the Liberty of the people of Israel. Moses had troubles and went into exile. Hecame back at 80 years of age and ready to fulfil his destiny. Gideon - He hid because of the terrorism of the Midianites (Judges 6:12-16). He had anencounter with God and became the epitome of the standard of God for the nation. Peter - Peter was a frustrated fisherman but encountered Christ (Luke 5:1-11; Luke 5:5;Acts 2:14-41). Peter spoke to the nation and 3000 people gave their lives to Christ.(Daniel 11:32; Acts 5:12-16).

Paul – He was once a nuisance to God’s kingdom but by reason of his encounter withGod became a tool in the hand of God. Paul began receiving visions and revelationsfrom his encounter with God.

It strengthens our faith (Romans 4:20-21; Romans 10:17) - Faith comes by hearing andencountering God. It reinforces our confidence in God (Romans 4:17-19).It makes us unshakable in our walk with God (Romans 4:20; 1 Corinthians 15:58)It keeps us focused (1 Corinthians 9:16-17; Acts 20:24). It opens a new chapter to the life of every believer (2 Corinthians 3:18).

It brings direction It brings instructions (2 Timothy 3:17)It brings reproof It brings correction It brings illumination

Nothing will ever compare to a believer having an encounter with God. God may assemblea congregation, but He visits individuals because a personal encounter makes all thedifference.

Situations do not change until God is gracefully obeyed.Divine timing - There is a set time to step into the pool.Crowns change heads. Prompt response determines encounters with God.

Prompt response is doing whatever God commands regardless of the cause or feelings(John 14 :15). Prompt response is the only proof that we truly know God (1 John 2:3). God will not accept a substitute for prompt response (1 Samuel 15: 22).Delayed response is the reason for poverty and failure. Prompt response is proof of our love for God (John 14: 21-24).God cannot bless us beyond our last obedience (Joshua 7:12).

Life is sweet when we are swift in obeying God's instructions. Delayed, adjusted or partialresponse is disobedience. Great moves of God are preceded by simple acts of obedience.God takes pleasure in those who obey Him promptly (Exodus 19:5).

EFFECTS OF PROMPT OBEDIENCE

A prompt response is an evidence that we trust God. It is also proof of our faith, for God isnot a man that should lie (Numbers 23:19). A delayed response can lead to destruction(Jeremiah 7:23-24).

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT PROMPT RESPONSE

ABRAHAM AS A CASE STUDY FOR PROMPT RESPONSE (ISAIAH 51:2) Abraham obeyed at every point. The bible says that if we are Abraham’s children then weshould do the works of Abraham (Genesis 12:1-4). God asked Abraham to circumcisehimself and every male in his house. He responded promptly. He was commanded tosacrifice Isaac and again, he responded promptly (Genesis 22:2-18). Abraham then receivedthe revelation of a ram to replace Isaac (Genesis 22:13). Also, when God told Abraham tosend his maid and Ishmael away, he obeyed promptly (Genesis 21). God blessed Abrahamin all things because he responded promptly in all things (Genesis 24). Our promptobedience is key to receiving revelations and miracles from God.

We live above the waters of life (Psalm 29:3). The voice of the Lord lets us live a majestic life (Daniel 3:28).Everything bows to the voice of the Lord.

The reading and the studying of the word (Daniel 9:2) – We must spend time studyingthe word because those who are too lazy to study will remain blind (2 Timothy 3:16). Weget personal revelation from the word of God (John 14:26).Engaging in prayer and fasting (Jeremiah 33:3) – We receive revelation and powerwhen we engage in prayer and fasting. Jesus received power after He fasted. His eyeswere opened (Luke 4:1).

It is our redemptive right – We all have equal rights in God’s kingdom, and we haveaccess to the voice of God (Mark 4:11, John 10:4).We must be meek (Psalm 25:9; Numbers 12:3).Live in the fear of God as a lifestyle (Psalm 25:12; Daniel 6:4)Be spiritual and be in the spirit – Being spiritual is about how we live but being in thespirit is a process. We need to be sensitive (Revelation 1:10).Delightsomely crave for the word of God (Psalm 112:1).

Meditation (Joshua 1:8; Acts 10:19-20).Quiet moments (1 Kings 19:12; 1 Thessalonians 4:11). In quiet moments, we can takeadvantage of two seasons: the night and the morning (Psalm 16:7; Daniel 2:19; Psalm43:8).

The effect of blindness and deafness is that people are robbed of their blessings. Jesusheard a voice that turned Him into a voice on the earth. Until His light came, Jesus did notshine to the world. Destiny is limited to the extent of what we can see. We must hear whatGod is saying and what He is showing us (Luke 3: 22; Luke 9:35). God’s voice turns us fromnonentities to a celebrities. His voice is therefore a capital asset in the journey of life (Psalm29:3).

WHAT DOES THE WORD DO?

WHAT IS RHEMA?We have the written word, and we have the spoken word. These are also considered as theletter of the word and the Spirit of the word (Isaiah 34:16; 2 Corinthians 3:6). God’s word isthe Spirit of God in a documented book. Children of God have access to the Rhema of theword. There is a spirit behind the book. Rhema is what God personally speaks to us orshows us. God reveals things to us about our world through the written and spoken word.

WHAT MUST WE DO TO ACCESS THE RHEMA OF THE WORD?

HOW TO CREATE AN ATMOSPHERE TO HEAR FROM GOD?

Deafness and blindness are the greatest plagues affecting the lives ofpeople today (Isaiah 42:18-24; Proverbs 20:12). God communicates to us byour hearing and by our sight (Romans 10:15; 2 Corinthians 4:4; Acts 16:14).

The curse of God on the earth was averted on the altar of sacrifice (Genesis 8:21) - Thealtar of God’s sacrifice is God’s ordained solution to avert curses. When God swears ablessing which only happens on the altar of sacrifice, it terminates our struggles(Genesis 22:16-17; Hebrews 6:16-18). God stopped the plague upon Israel on the altar ofsacrifice (2 Samuel 24:16-25).

Access to supernatural wisdom (1 Kings 4:29-34) - God unleashed supernatural wisdomupon Solomon on the altar of sacrifice. People who are given to sacrifice do not lackthe insight of what to do at any point in time. It is all part of turnaround wonders onthe altar of sacrifice (1 Kings 3:3-8). David was as wise as an angel of God and he too wasa man given to sacrifice (2 Samuel 4:20). Solomon encountered supernatural order ofwealth from the altar of sacrifice without asking for it (1 Kings 3:13).

All our needs are met on the altar of sacrifice (Philippians 4:15-19; Psalm 112:2-3). Theenemy went about tarnishing the message of the covenant of abundance because itgoes beyond material blessings and addresses all our needs. Blessed is the man thatfears God (Psalm 112:2-3). The altar of sacrifice gave the Shunamite woman a baby (2Kings 4:8-17). The altar of sacrifice is the altar of unquestionable turnaroundproofs (Psalm 126:1-6). God is never in need. Everything we received is from Him (John1:16; 1Corinthians 4:7). God will never need the help of man (Psalm 50:10-12). Our greatness willnever be larger than our meekness. One among us is more than ten thousand men (2Samuel 18:3). The altar of sacrifice is an altar of turnaround. What David gave towards thebuilding of the temple was more than what all the elders gave (1 Chronicles 29:3-14).

Sacrifice is not an appeal to help God. It is God’s prescription for our turnaround. Abrahampassed the test (Genesis 22:1). Many will be turned into kingdom celebrities from the altarof sacrifice at Shiloh 2020. God said to tell Pharaoh, I AM that I AM (Exodus 3:14). There isnothing we do that changes God, because He is the I AM. As we subscribe to delightsomesacrifice to God whenever He calls for it, it will be a delight whenever our spirit is promptedto lay an altar of sacrifice.

The blessings of the Lord maketh rich, and He adds no sorrow to it (Proverbs 10:22-23).There is a massive difference between ‘God-made rich people’ whom He gives peace and‘effort-made rich people’.WHAT ARE THE TURNAROUND THINGS THAT HAPPEN AT THE ALTAR OF SACRIFICE?

One of the characteristics of the Apostolic office is the unveiling ofthings they have seen, heard and of the things, their hands havehandled from the word of life (1 John 1:1). Apostles are ordained as

The altar of sacrifice - A sacrifice is about what we have which we offer to God whendemanded. The making of vows - A vow is what we make in return for our desires from the Lordthe following year we come (1 Samuel 1:11).

Apart from encounters with the word, Shiloh provides two other platforms of turnaroundencounters (1 Samuel 3:21):

Furthermore, a vow is about our response to God’s intervention in our affairs, while asacrifice is what we offer onto the Lord on-demand on what we have already. It is not thevolume that makes a sacrifice, it is the cost.

18 YEARS BARRENNESS TERMINATED– YOMI E.

I have been married for 18 years and Ijoined Winners Chapel International 10years ago. Shortly after getting married,my husband survived a stroke twice. Lastyear, I was at Shiloh in tears. I was ridiculedby people and called all sorts of names. But to God be the glory, after Shiloh, I gotpregnant and God gave me twin babyboys. People in my community did notbelieve what God did for us. I hereby giveGod all the glory for what He has done.

SUPERNATURAL BREAKTHROUGH – EVELYN I. I joined Winners Chapel International in2018 and by 2019, I came to Shiloh. I joinedthe specialised classes where it wasdeclared that we will not return home thesame way we came. I held onto theprophetic word and believed it wouldcome to a reality in my life. After our 21days of fasting and engaging instewardship at church, the organization Iwork for promoted me and also gave me acar. Praise God!

MIRACLE BABIES – SAMUEL.In 2003, we got married believing God forthe fruit of the womb, but for years nothinghappened. We kept serving God andtrusting Him. In 2018, when Bishop DavidOyedepo was ministering, he said weshould write the number of children wewant and include their names. I obeyed theprophetic instructions immediately. Mywife and I were sitting at differentlocations, but we gave the same names toour children. For the first time in February2019, my wife got pregnant and by October2019, God blessed us with a wonderful setof twins.

good and perfect gift we see in anyone in God’s kingdom is a gift from God. These gifts arefreely given to us by God (Matthew 10:38). It is what is given to us that we can give out. Nogift is owned by a prophet (1 Corinthians 4:7). God’s gifts are available to anyone who isinterested.

Impartation is the gift of God being transmitted through a human vessel (1 Timothy 4:14).It is the gift of God in us that others tap into. Every true apostle and prophet is always veryeager to see what they carry by grace being transmitted to others (Romans 1:11; Numbers11:26-27). We do not need to have physical access to the carrier of the gift. We simply needto crave the gifts by studying literature which they have published. Every destiny isdefined by grace (1 Corinthians 15:10). Therefore, impartation is partaking of the grace uponanother person (Hebrews 10:29).

WHAT IS GRACE?It is an endowment upon us which others have laboured to get. We simply entered intotheir labour (John 4:38). That is the intent of the transference of spirit: entering into thelabour of another for free. Paul said we are all partakers of his grace. However, only truesons and daughters qualify to share their father’s DNA in the natural (Philippians 1:7). Menonly leave behind an inheritance for their children. Therefore, we only have an inheritancein Fathers not in pastors or evangelists. No one shares the DNA of his teacher but of hisfather. All God-sent prophets are sent as fathers to whosoever they are sent to (2 Kings2:14). Elisha was the spiritual father of the King of Israel (2 Kings 6:21).

God is restoring His spiritual fatherhood to His church (Malachi 4:5-6). There is aturnaround happening and people are beginning to acknowledge their spiritualfatherhood with spiritual understanding today more than ever before. We are getting tothe end of the age as we observe the supernatural multiplication amongst God’s people. We are in the days of the manifestation of ‘Just men’ being made perfect (Luke 1:17). Thereis nothing magical in the kingdom of God. Everything follows the procedures laid down byGod. The rod of the prophet did not work in the hands of Gehazi because his heart was notright with God (2 kings 4:31). Likewise, the mantle does not work in the hands of everybeliever (2 Chronicles 16:9). It takes the fear of God to taste the power of God (Proverbs9:10). Nothing makes meaning in the Kingdom without the fear of God as foundation (2Timothy 19-21). Impartation will never graduate to manifestation except in the lives ofthose who walk in the fear of God. Our God is a jealous God, and He cannot stand double-dealing (Exodus 20:5). We must choose to serve Him alone.

God is raising an end-time army for His church. We need to align our priority with God’svision (Joel 2:1-11). This will change our perspective forever. It may look like we are incaptivity today, but God is taking us into the palace to make us champions When we are

Impartation mostly comes to us via the word of God (Ezekiel 2:2).The word went forth to the valley of dry bones and by the word ofthe Lord, the bones came together (Ezekiel 37:7-8). By theprophetic impartation, an exceeding great army emerged. Every

DIVINELY HEALED FROM FIBROID AT SHILOH BABY BRAIN SURGERY AVERTED – MR & MRSSOLA O.

During Shiloh 2019, Bishop David Oyedepodeclared that we will not have cause tobury anyone in our family. On February 6th,2020, we went out and, on our way back, abike collided with me and my baby whowas in my arms. My seven months oldbaby fell from my grip. When I picked himup, he was lifeless. We tied the Shilohmantle (spiritual cloth) around his waistand applied the anointing oil on him. Onour way to the nearest hospital, he cameback to life. The hospital referred us toanother hospital for tests and we were toldthat he had 2 cracks on his head with someblood deposition. We were also notifiedthat he needed to have his skull opened toprevent the blood from leaking to his brain.I immediately told myself that the God ofWinners is alive. By the following day, wewere told that the swelling haddisappeared and there was no trace of theblood in his brain. After some observations,he was discharged the following day. Thanks be to God
