Team Gaming
BEFORE YOU BEGINPlease make sure your computer iscompatible with PB summer camp.
Parental Consent is required to complete theinstallation of the Battle.Net and Epic Game
Software so please have a parent present duringthe installation process.

How To Check Your Computer SpecsWindows macOSPress the windows key + pausebreak. Check the version of Windowsand the amount of RAM.
Click the Apple logo in the top le� ofthe screen and click about thismac.
Open the start menu in the bottom le�,type “This PC”, and select the app withthe same name.
Check the version number andamount of memory.
Check the amount of free storage. Click on the storage tab and checkthe amount of free storage.

Install Heroes of the Storm (HotS)1. Check if Heroes of the Storm (HotS) is already installed.
a. If it is, just make sure that it is UPDATED.
b. If it is not, PROCEED to the next step.
2. Download the HotS Installer for your operating system.

3. Double-click the downloaded file to launch the installer.
a. Double-click the downloaded file to launch the installer.⤷ macOS: Files unzips the installer.
Windows macOS
Click Run. Double-click the HotS-Step file.
Click Continue

Enter computer account info.
Click Continue
Wait for Battle.net to install.
Click to login with your PB Google Account info.

4. Please get a PARENT'S HELP to complete this step.
a. Switch to the browser.Enter the PB provided Google Account information to login.
i. Your camp [email protected] (password: your 8 digit birthday)1. Example birthday of September 1, 2017 would be 09012017
b. An AGE GATE will be presented. Epic allows students 13 and younger touse the so�ware with parental permission.⤷ If your student is 13 or older, enter their date of birth.⤷ If your student is younger than 13, enter your (the parent's) date of birth.⤷ Parent may also use their personal Gmail to sign in with Google.⤷ Uncheck "Receive news and special offers". Click Create a free account.

c. Account creation was successful.⤷ Click Continue.
d. Create a BattleTag⤷ Please ensure that it is appropriate and unique.⤷ Click Create Your BattleTag
e. Sign-up complete!⤷ Switch back to the installation app.

5. Continue installing HotS.
Windows macOS
Click Start Install.
Scans for previous HotSinstallations. Click Close.

Wait for HotS to download. Game will be playable before thedownload has completed.
6. Launch HotS.
a. Click .⤷ Game will load and an intro video will play.
b. Press ESC to exit the game.
7. TheHeroes of the Storm game is now installed.

Install Open Broadcaster Software1. Download the OBS so�ware for your operating system.
Windows macOS
64 bit Catalina 10.13+
Sierra 10.12 and below
2. Start the installation.
a. Double-click the downloaded file to launch the installer.

Click Run. Drag OBS icon to Applicationsfolder.

Click Next.
Click Install.
Click Finish.

3. Launch OBS to verify it is installed correctly.
a. Double-click the app's shortcut to launch.⤷ Windows: Start Menu or Desktop⤷ macOS: In Applications folder.

4. Give access to the computer's microphone if prompted.
5. Click Yes to run through the Auto-Configuration Wizard.
a. Useful Information⤷ Click Optimize just for recording, I will not be streaming.⤷ Click Next.
b. Video Settings⤷ Click Next.

c. Final Results⤷ Wait for test to complete.⤷ Click Apply Settings.
6. Installation of OBS is complete!

1. Download the Blackhole Audio Capture so�ware for your versionof macOS.

2. Open the installer.
a. Double-click the downloaded .pkg file.
3. Start the installation.
a. Click Continue.

5. Click Agree.
6. Click Install.

7. If prompted, enter computer account info.
8. Click Close.
9. BlackHole installation is complete.

(OPTIONAL) Install DaVinci ResolveVideo Editing Software
1. If familiar, campers can use their own video editing so�ware.
a. Common video editing so�ware:⤷ macOS: iMovie, Final Cut Pro⤷ Windows: DaVinci, Video Editor, Adobe Premiere
b. If not familiar, proceed to the next step to install a free video editingso�ware that will be taught during the course.
2. Download the DaVinci so�ware for your operating system.
Windows macOS
64 bit 10.13 or later
3. Double-click the downloaded file to launch the installer.
a. Follow the install prompts.
Windows macOS
Uncheck everything except DaVinciResolve 17. Click Install.
Double-click Install DaVinci 17.
Click Next. Click Continue

Accept Agreement. Click Next. Click Continue. Accept Agreement.
Click Next. Click Customize.
Click Install. Uncheck everything except DaVinciResolve 16. Click Install.

Click Finish. Click Close.

4. Launch DaVinci Resolve to verify it is installed correctly.
a. Double-click DaVinci's application shortcut.⤷ Windows: Located in the Start Menu or the Desktop.⤷ macOS: Located in the Application/DaVinci Resolve folder.

5. Installation of DaVinci Resolve is complete.

Install Epic Games Launcher1. Check if Epic Games Launcher is already installed.
a. If it is, just make sure that it is UPDATED.
b. If it is not, PROCEED to the next step.
2. Download the Epic installer for your operating system.

3. Start the Epic installation.
a. Double-click the downloaded file to launch the installer.

Click Install Drag Epic icon to Applications folder.

4. Open Epic Games Launcher.
a. Double-click the Epic shortcut.⤷ Windows: Desktop⤷ macOS: Applications
5. Log into Epic using the PB provided Google account.
a. Click .⤷ A browser window will open.
b. In the browser window, enter the username and password.
c. Click CONTINUE.

d. It is now safe to close the browser window.
e. Switch back to the Epic Game Launcher.
6. Please get a PARENT'S HELP to complete this step.
a. An AGE GATE will be presented. Epic allows students 13 years of age andolder to independently create an account.⤷ If your student is 13 years of age or older, enter their date of birth.⤷ If your student is younger than 13 years of age you have 2 options.
b. Option 1: Use your date of birth andidentifying information as the parent.

Option 2: Use your camper's date of birth and identifying information.Then complete the parental consent process which includes:⤷ Consent to Epic's Information practices.⤷ Provide and verify their email address.⤷ A one-time, automatically refunded, verification payment of $0.50 orsubmit an official DocuSign digital consent form.
7. If at any point during the process, you get asked to check youremail for a code, you will find it at http://gmail.planetbravo.com.
8. The Epic Game Launcher is now installed.
Install Rocket League1. Check if Rocket League is already installed.
a. If it is, just make sure that it is UPDATED.
b. If it is not PROCEED to the next step.

2. Search for Rocket League in the Epic Store.
a. Click .
b. Type rocket league into the Search box.⤷ Click Rocket League.
3. Install Rocket League.
a. Click GET.⤷ Once clicked, GET is replaced by OWNED.
b. Click OWNED.
c. Automatically switch to the Library tab.⤷ Click the Rocket League image.

d. Check the box to accept the End User License Agreement.
e. Click Install.

f. Click Yes for the app to access the device if prompted.
g. Wait for the install to complete.⤷ This game download is about 75 GB so it will take some time. Get somework done or grab a cup of coffee.
4. Launch Rocket League.
5. Rocket League is now installed.
