COVID-19 Pandemic Challenge in the Workplace

This pandemic has caused unprecedented disruption to every business around the globe. What is COVOPERATE?

COVOPERATE is a simple and adaptable digital solution for employee health assessment/status, testing results and location tracing. Together, Black & Veatch and Field2Base developed COVOPERATE to provide a solution to allow businesses to return to work in a safe, efficient manner. The intent is to use existing technology and software tools with decades of critical infrastructure and healthcare industry expertise to produce the first-to-market and best in class workplace solution for the COVID-19 crisis. This solution also limits regulatory and liability exposure to businesses including a platform with relevant health and data privacy certifications (HIPPA, GDPR, California Privacy Act and others) to pass stringent data privacy laws around the globe.

How COVOPERATE WorksCOVOPERATE consists of three application views:

1. Boarding Pass Manager

The BPM is a simple, intuitively designed mobile application (iOS and Android compatible) allowing employees, contractors and visitors to self-declare health status information and upload COVID-19 test results to receive a corresponding Boarding Pass. The Boarding Pass is scored based on a configurable set of questions and corresponding weighting matrix so every company can institute their own custom scoring criteria.

2. Location Access Manager

The LAM enables controlled entry and exit of both office and field environments. Companies can customize PPE requirements for each location and a Boarding Pass status which is verified for compliance via the LAM.

3. Analytics Dashboard

COVOPERATE also comes with a back-office Analytics Dashboard empowering corporate health and safety staff with a summary dashboard to make data-informed business decisions. The platform has dozens of configurable dashboards including charts, graphs, heatmaps, pie charts, pivot tables and others to visualize data most effectively. Customized filters can be used to quickly search data based on country, office location, region and others. Dashboard access can be granted to internal as well as external stakeholders as needed.
