Lynx Healthcare has put together a simple 4 step process for you and your employees to follow as you go through COVID-19 testing to get safely back to work. You will start off the

process by accessing our online portal to walk through a COVID-19 questionnaire. The second step is simple, one of our medical staff will reach out to schedule your telemedicine screening

with one of our medical providers. During this visit a Lynx Healthcare medical provider determined if you are an appropriate candidate for COVID-19 testing. Should you qualify for

testing you will be scheduled to appear at one of our testing locations. Lastly, in 24 to 48 hours you will be of your COVID-19 Nasal Swab and Blood Anti-body results.

*All test are conducted through Lynx Healthcares’ CLIA Certified and CAP Accredited Laboratory.

There could be a 21 day period between each phase of testing

All persons who are tested can expect to potentially go through a 2-4 Phase process. Depending on testingresults, an individual may be advised to take additional testing to determine whether or not they have the

potential of spreading COVID-19 or whether or not they have developed antibodies for COVID-19. Below is a possible path an individual may encounter during our COVID-19 testing process.
