MISSION:
Gerald L. Ignace Indian Health Center, Inc. is to improve upon the
health, peace and wellness of Milwaukee’s Urban Indian
Community.
VISION:
Will be the first choice for delivering high quality, culturally
appropriate and accessible services to all American Indians.

• Established April 9, 1999 as a 501(c) (3) non-profit health care facility residing in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
• Started with 9 staff members in 4,200 sqft with an operating budget of $ 311,000.
• As of FY 2014, increased to 34 employees and expanded to 13,104 sqft with an operating budget $ 2,569,044.
