MIND BODY SPIRIT Though our minds, we visualize our own choice of how we see things. It's important to always see things in a positive way. One way to keep it on a positive note is to make a vision board. The way we see things. It helps us visualize it in a positive way. Sometimes our body can give off signals of use being stressed. There are a few indications, like GI issues, Headaches, Hyperventilation, Bladder Infection, Cold and sinus infections, and Fibromyalgia. When we are stress, we have to ask ourselves. Is It worth getting upset over? Is this a problem that's really important? Most of the time it isn't, That's why we have to kill the stress. Take a deep breath, this will work right away, and you will feel a little bit better. Make sure to eat a good Balance diet. Try to get at least eight hours of sleep. Exercise, or walking daily will relieve a lot of stress. Our Spirit is a vital principle or animating force within us. It helps us think, motivate and feel like a human. That's why creating positive energy is so important. So go ahead and have a laugh, it really helps solve problem. It helps us connect with others, it brings more creativity. when the body is relax, the body boost the immune system. This is good for our health overall. Make sure you always count your blessing, and keep things in a positive perspective. Lighten up, things can't be that bad. Think about how kids are, they are alway happy. Our Mind body and spirit creates a perfect balance to our lives.
