GENERAL GARMENT

General Garment is a textile and apparel company based in Madagascar, with the

Marketing and Design Office based in Mauritius. The factory has been created in Oct

2012, and the Marketing Office managed by CENI as from 2015.

The factory is actually geared to manufacture full knitted product range such as : Tshirts,

Polos, sweaters, knitted jackets, joggers, leggings, and other sportswear, in both adult

and children wear divisions.

We have been currently delivering to the various parts of the world such as USA, Europe

and South Africa under duty free modes.

With the wide experience of more than 20 years in the textile field, and with our dedicated

team comprising both local and expatriates, we can handle various products from design,

through fabrics to apparel production to delivery.

Price study is done with a Technical Pack- Either received from customer,

- Or an original garment from csutomer with brief sheet.

- Or a design pack done by Ceni (in design collection mode)

Price study, quote proposals and price validation- Initial indicative delivery planning

- Initial planing indicated but fixed at PO establishment with changes where applicable,

based on indicative volumes to see if customer agrees with proposals to be fine tuned at PO.

- Inspection mode to be fixed (internal CSO + report sent to customer), or external, and at who’s costs.

Sampling- First samples are payable and reimbursed / deducted at ordering.

- Counter samples and PPS done from bulk fabric after PO confirmation.

- Samples despatch at customer’s account.

Delivery lead time:- The delivery leadtime runs as from receipt of the PO and the deposit, or LC.

- The dates of the PPS validation and other elements linked to prouction


GENERAL CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE & PRICE MODE AGREEMENT

Small volumes LCL : 30% Deposit at order, 70% before export

Container volumes : LC at sight

For long term ordering : Stand By LC

After order confirmation and PO received, order is not cancealable and considered

payable in its full amount
