GETTING STARTED

Admissions and EnrollmentThere is no application fee. A student who has graduated from an accredited high school or has a GED certificate, and is a valid U.S. uniformed services I.D. card holder, is eligible for admission. Adults, veterans and military personnel 18 years or older who have not completed high school may be admitted if the individual can demonstrate the ability to benefit from instruction.

Army studentsIf you are using Army Tuition Assistance (TA), you must enroll and register through the goArmyed portal at www.goarmyed.com.

For assistance with GoArmyEd, please see your Education Center counselor or contact CTC GAE counselor at [email protected].

Texas residentsSubmit your application with claim of Texas residency for tuition purposes online at www.ctcd.edu/apply.

For additional information, please contact stateside online mentors at [email protected].

Other studentsSubmit the registration forms and application for admission (if applicable) to CTC field representatives. Forms are located online.

If you wish to apply/register for online courses and you do not have a local CTC office, you may e-mail the documents to CTC Europe online mentor at: [email protected].

RegistrationAfter being admitted to CTC, you may register online at webadvisor.ctcd.org.

Establishing creditCTC evaluates and accepts many kinds of education experiences including military, civilian, traditional and nontraditional for credit toward an associate’s degree.

View degree plans at: europe.ctcd.edu/programs.

The classes specific to each program are taught online, on site in the classroom or in suitable facilities by faculty highly qualified in their area.

For online courses, please review the schedule at online.ctcd.edu. For courses offered at individual sites, please refer to the schedules page at europe.ctcd.edu.

Withdrawal and tuition refund info is available on the student services page at europe.ctcd.edu.

College courses from degree granting institutions which are accredited by a regional accrediting association in which the student has earned a grade of “C” or better or “P” will also be accepted as transfer credit.

Students can have previous credits and/or civilian/military work experience evaluated to create a student agreement and a degree plan with CTC.

GoArmyEd students: For additional information, please contact your GAE counselor at [email protected].

Be sure to indicate CTC as your home college and select and submit a degree plan. In 4-6 weeks your student agreement will be posted on GoArmyEd. All transcripts from previously attended colleges and universities and the JST (ex-AARTS) transcript submitted to the following address:
