CAKE ORDERING POLICY

GENERAL

All standard cake orders from our Holiday Market Classic or Kit Collections must be placed by Wednesday at 8 p.m. for the upcoming weekend.

However, 6” and 8” standard round cakes remain available with a 48 hour notice.

Less than 48 hours? We have a variety of 6” and 8” cakes and tortes ready to go.

Minimum of 10 day notice for all artwork, cutouts, and stacked cakes that are featured in our Holiday Market Celebration Cakes Collection

Cakes that are not located in our collection require a minimum of a 2 week notice.

These types of custom cakes can be quoted in person if a head decorator is available or by email (allowing 48 hours

for a response). We would be happy to quote one cake for you at no charge, but any additional quotes will be subject to a $10 quoting fee.

To help speed up the quoting process you must include:• What is your budget for this cake? • How many servings do you need?• What is the date of the event?

3-tier cakes require a scheduled consultation. Call early to get your appointment.

*Standard cake orders cancelled within 48 hours and artwork/stacked cake orders cancelled within 1 week prior of the pick-up date automatically forfeit their deposit.

**Availability may be adjusted as we reach our capacity. The policy is subject to change at the discretion of management.
