Addendum
The following notifications have been received from the Governments of Brazil;Cuba and India.
BRAZIL
Brazil applies no discriminatory restrictions to imports from Poland.
CUBE
The Republic of Cuba does not apply discriminatory restrictions of any kin_in its trade with Poland.

INDIA
The trade between Poland and India is governed by the Trade and PaymentsAgreement concluded between the two countries in October 1968. The Agreement isvalid until 31 December 1974. Within the framework of the Agreement importsfrom Poland are allowed subject to the general principle of essentiality andindigenous availability followed by India in respect of imports from any source.
India does not maintain any separate customs tariff for imports from Polandand no discrimination against Poland exists in the application of the IndianCustoms Tariff.
Statistics of import and export trade of India with Poland during the years1968 to 1972 are attached herewith.
