WORK EXPERIENCE 15.02.08Gemma Hett Me and Mrs Jones

I started working in the hairdressers at Glen Eden, last year, It was my first job, then I began my second job at Pumpkin Patch, term 1 2008.I love going to Me and Mrs Jones, my work colleagues are fantastic, as well as supporting me to learn, I often get my hair coloured and my nails done. My tasks include. Helping with shampooing, taking out rollers for customers when their hair is dry, sweeping the floor and coffee making.

Sometimes I help with shampooing customer’s hair I pass the rollers to the hairdresser for customer’s hair do

Sweeping needs to be done lots of times throughout the day

It doesn’t take long for the bin to be full of cuttings

It is SO nice getting my hair done I get the full spoiling treatment. It’s great working at a hairdressers
