1. Executive Summary
SSA Techknowlogies (P) Ltd. (Here after referred as SSA Tech) has been associated with ACG group since 3
years for providing Consulting to various Businesses. Mr.Sumit Waghmare of Pam Glatt Pharma Technologies
(Hereafter called as Pam Glatt ) approached SSA Tech for Workshop on Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerance
on 1st April & 2nd April to 15 people from Engineering Team. Based on the requirement, SSA Tech is
submitting this proposal.
On 19th March, Mr.Upadhyay of Pam Glatt spoke to Ms.Mamatha of SSA Tech. He mentioned that there would
be requirement for other sessions for which Pam Glatt would like to associate with SSA Tech.
Based on these discussions, pricing is revised. All the revised clauses are in red.
Based on the telecon of 21 st March, with Mr.Upadhyay of Pam Glatt, SSA tech is revising the pricing
.Mr.Upadhyay mentioned that they are looking for another Six Sessions to enhance the competency of
Engineering team in the coming year. Based on these discussions, pricing is revised. All the revised clauses are
in blue.
