Venue – Assembly Area, G.D.Goenka Public School, Agra
General Rules:
1. Last date for receiving the entries is 29th April 2018. Entries may either be sent through
post or at our school email ID i.e. [email protected]
2. Schools participating can also register online www.gdgoenkaagra.com and bring a hard copy
of the confirmation.
3. Two teachers may accompany the participating students.
4. A team of 15 members (including musicians) per school can participate in the competition.
5. Musicians can be students or teachers.
6. Kindly ensure that the dialogues are scrutinized for any use of unparliamentarily language.
7. School will provide only the performing space, mike & speaker arrangement for live
music. Participating schools are required to bring their own props and costumes, musical
instruments etc.
8. The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
9. Teams will be judged on presentation, relevance to the theme, coordination, dialogue delivery
and originality.
10. If any play is found copied from YouTube or face book will get negative marking.
11. Mode of the language should be Hindi.
12. Recorded music or dialogues will not be allowed.
13. There will be a negative marking if performance exceeds 15 min.
14. Lunch for the guest school will be provided by the host school.
15. There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes in the competition.
16. All participants will be given the participating certificates.
17. Mike will not be provided for the participants.
18. Host school will not be judged.
19. Programme tentatively scheduled until 3:00 p.m.
