High performance T5700 Series high pressure (HP) tank or wall mounting regulators have an interlocking seat and self-relieving diaphragm. Poly bonnet and cap will not chip, break or fade. UL approved per UL252 class IV rating for CO2 and provides up to 2 SCFM additional flow. Maximum inlet pressure: 3300 psi.

Economy 3000 Series regulators have a safety check valve and self-relieving diaphragm. UL approved per UL252 class IV rating for CO2. Maximum inlet pressure: 3000 psi.

Standard operating range is 0-130 psi, but can be preset to other pressures to meet customer requirements. Temperature range: -40˚ F to +200˚ F. Ports are 1/4" FPT. HP regulators are LH thread.

HP hoses are available in 3, 6 and 9 foot lengths. Inlet is a CO2 swivel nut, and outlet is a 1/4" MFL fitting.

The T5200SN Series is a secondary reducing valve designed to maximize the performance of fountain dispensers. Trumix®GasBlenders

The Trumix® blending panel is a small wall-mounted unit that is easy to install, dependable, and requires no electricity, on-going maintenance or adjustment. It can be used with all sources of clean nitrogen and CO2 including high pressure cylinders, bulk tanks or separators.

TM-1 & TM-1HF are for single blend (one beer) long draw beer systems. TM-2 & TM-2HF are for systems that dispense more than one type of beer requiring two separate blends of CO2 and N2. TM-3 is for triple blends.

Inlet Pressures: 55-150 psi, however, panel can be set to match any conditions (standard 55 and 70 psi). Outlet pressures are adjustable from 0-60 psi. The maximum outlet pressure will always be 10 psi lower than the lowest inlet pressure. The panel can also be ordered with outlet pressure set to custom ranges.

MV tee and straight check valve fittings protect the blender from being filled with water when the blender is being using in conjunction with a carbonator. Trumix® blender warranty only covers water damage if a MV check valve fitting was installed.

The MV035 and MV039 inline leak detectors can easily determine if there is a leak and the size of the gas leak so you will know if it requires immediate attention or is hazardous to your employees.

The Bypass Leak Detector (BLIP) can tell you in seconds if your microbrewery has leaks and how big they are. One glance before you start using gas tells you whether you have a leak or not. As you repair leaks, it serves as your scorecard, letting you know how much of the problem is resolved and if all leaks are fixed. Even the smallest leak can cost hundreds of dollars per year.

LogiCO2MK9/MK10CO2Detectors/Alarms

CO2 is a colorless, odorless gas which normally exists at a concentration of .04% in the air, but above 4% concentrations has dangerous effects:• 4% = IDHL - immediate danger to health and life• 7% = Dizziness, vomiting, headache, reduced blood supply to the brain• 10% = Convulsions, unconsciousness, death• 20% = Death in a few seconds

The MK9 and MK10 are the most cost effective CO2 detection systems currently available. Four alarm levels fulfill ALL U.S. CO2 safety codes and norms. Central unit makes non-smelling invisible CO2 gas visible and advises what to do in different alarm situations. Automatic calibration is safer and zero maintenance. System is expandable up to eight sensors.

MK10 All-In-One SensorThe MK10 is a a CO2 monitor for the area CO2 equipment is used or distributed. It has an integrated sound and light alarm and can be used as a stand-alone unit or can be linked to a central unit for digital display of values. The MK10 performs self-calibration at regular intervals, eliminating the need for service calibration. The sensor can be linked to an existing fire alarm system that is connected to the fire department.

MK9 SensorThe MK9 sensor is a precision instrument that continuously monitors temperature and CO2 gas concentration using infrared analysis. It has red, yellow and green LED lights and an intermittent buzzer for Low Alarm and continuous sound for High Alarm. The MK9 performs a self-calibration at regular intervals, eliminating the need for service calibration. MK9 is compatible with MK7. The sensor can be linked to an existing fire alarm system that is connected to the fire department.

MK9 CO2 Central UnitThe multi-lingual Central Unit controls the safety system and displays measurements from up to eight MK9 or MK10 sensors. It is mounted outside the area being monitored, such as a manager's office. An information and instructional text for all Alert/Alarm and Error conditions is shown on the display. If multiple sensors are connected, each value indicates which sensor the value is from. The Central Unit has an alarm memory that remembers and reactivates any alarm after a power interruption. On the right side there is a sound mute/reset and test button.

The Need for O2 DetectionLow levels of oxygen causes asphyxiation and leads to brain damage. High concentrations of nitrogen displaces oxygen. Wherever nitrogen is stored or used an O2 sensor is advised. Each O2 sensor comes with a horn/strobe, cables and splitters.

Horn/Strobe and Warning BeaconSensors are mounted 12" from the floor and therefore may not be visible from a distance. Horn/strobe and waterproof warning beacons are mounted high above sensors to provide greater visibility and audibility. Additional horn/strobes and beacons can be added.

Portable LogiCO2-ScoutA portable CO2 sensor takes at least 30 seconds to read the correct value, yet the human body reacts in about 2 seconds. To ensure safety, the LogiCO2-Scout is rolled into potentially hazardous areas where it remotely measures the concentration of CO2 and sends the values to a smartphone OUTSIDE the danger zone. Range: 65-100 feet.
