WHERE THE IDEA COMES FROM• When someone buy something online, there are some benefits for clients who are looking

for their website usually.

• They list their clients to how much they buy and give some good chances to use.

• But, it’s not for some parts of the goods, but for the total goods.

• If, someone buy only music CD every time he or she enter the website, he or she doesn’t get many chances because they didn’t use much money. However, if someone buy an air-plane ticket, he or she gets more chances because they use much money at once.

• It’s not good for small-money users.

• They should get another good way to get chances either.

1. PLAN• Divide things into some categories. For example, tickets for travel are categorized in

travel, tools for listening music are categorized in music devices.

• Give each categories some scores, like, if you buy a $20 CD, then you get 20point in CD & Video category.

• Each categories have different levels, ranks and badges.

• It is be cleared within some months and starts again.

• If the customer is their old-user, then he or she doesn’t have to learn how to use it again, that might be the except thing to make.

2. DO - SCORE• Score

• Think that one student who is a music major. He buys many CDs and DVDs, also he’ve watched many concerts. He enjoys movies like other students do. He went other country to study.

• If we calculate his total scores, it’s not higher than other people like some business men who are go abroad many times, but he maybe has higher score in music parts.

• How to figure out the score ?

- Score = (price – discounted price) / 10

Categories Travel Music devices CD & DVD Concerts Movies

Score 3000p 400p 1200p 300p 80p

2. DO - LEVEL• Level

• Level can be 1 to 10, but for more fun, there can be named for each steps.

• Give levels for each parts differently because the prices are not same or similar.

• Steps, for example, the lowest one is pluto and the highest one is Sun in solar system. Between them are other planets. Like, sun is the master level.

• How to figure out the level ?

- Level = rate of the user’s point

2. DO - RANK• Rank

• Show where your position in the group is. Show it as numbers or rate, not use some words like top, middle, bottom that is used in this graph. (I do like this because I cannot even imagine the numbers of customers in one online website)

• Check your position and can be more competitive.

2. DO – CHALLENGE WORK & QUEST• If customers buy more things and up their level, they get an eventful gift from admin, with

badge of each step, they can get a $10 coupon for that part.

• If customers maintain the top 5% in their group, they also can get a gift of $5 coupon for that group of part.

• If customers arrive at sun level, they will get things that are in some range.

3. ONBOARDING & ENGAGEMENT LOOPS• Maybe these are not useful in online shops.

• People just buy things they usually do, and there might be no use for engagement loops, because they need things so they buy, nothing more than this reason.

• So, there is no need to use them
